The location of the hotel, close to the airport.

I booked this hotel because it was an air conditioned room but the Air conditioner was barely working and when I went to the reception to complain at 9 pm I was told that the air conditioning is switched off from 9 pm, this was not what I paid for. Our family is used to sleeping with the ac so it was a sleepless night.

Hotel location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the arrivals area at the airport. We received a very friendly welcome at the front desk, and a room upgrade, thank you!. The hotels style is open planned, bright, modern contemporary, all done tastefully. The bedroom was very well thought out, spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great nights sleep, the shower was excellent with great water pressure, there was good Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I don't do breakfast but it looked very nice.

Proximity to airport, train station and the fair grounds. All reachable on foot. Quiet, large rooms.

There were two events at Stuttgart Messe and during breakfast time there was almost no room left to sit and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the crowd (or under staffed). The fair started at 10am and at 8:30 every table was taken and there was nobody responsible to seat the guests that arrived.

Extremely comfortable room, spotlessly clean, and everything we needed. We asked for a baby bed in advance and a crib was provided with an extra mattress for comfort. We all slept very well before our early morning flight, and only had to walk 5 minutes to get to the airport.

Clearer directions to follow to the airport when leaving the hotel would be great, but it looked like there was a lot of construction going on outside so this may have factored in. In the dark it might be a little confusing to find.

The hotel is well placed for the airport and links into Stuttgart plus of course the Messe exhibition hall. It has a good car park with no height restrictions, which was confirmed pre booking. All staff speak English which is embarrassing, the room was fabulous and the facilities including the restaurant in the evening really good. I stayed 6 nights and the staff were always helpful.

I had a fantastic time at your hotel. All the staff were exceptionally warm & welcoming, helping me with not just the hotel but getting around the local area as I was a tourist. The facilities were great, service exceptional & I would definitely visit the hotel again given the chance.

The only one small criticism was the gym which had an out of service treadmill.

Room is very well appointed with comfortable beds and bedding. Very modern and clean. Nice amenities in room including coffee maker and mini bar. LOVED the restaurant in site. Excellent food/service.

Somewhat rude and unhelpful night front desk person. Due to a minor foot injury I couldn't walk the 200 meters in snow and ice schlepping my bags to Terminal 3 at the airport. Gave me grief about getting a taxi (which I gladly paid triple) to help. Not disability friendly.

Very helpful staff. They replied to all of my questions and were accommodating. The room is outdated but comfy and the air conditioner was working perfectly.

The shower is a bit weird. The bathtub is elevated and it is making it hard to get in and out off if you are injured or older. The pressure of the water was poor to the point that when taking a shower I had to wash my hair under the tap.

Beautiful, stunning room that I stayed in. Comfortable, clean, sleek and the hotel location is 11/10 lol. Unlike the Melvi Hotel in Göppingen that I stayed in prior to this establishment...the breakfast was AMAZING. The room I booked was quite expensive but you get what you pay for...it's a lovely hotel and can highly recommend it.

It's pricey but maybe it's worth it! :D

This location can't be beat for an early morning departure. Just a few minute walk from departures. It was quiet and comfortable. I got the wake-up call I requested. The dining room was decent. Because I was leaving too early to have breakfast and didn't want a carryout breakfast bag, they upgraded my room, instead. Would definitely recommend without reservation.
