Moxy Rust

I loved how close to Europa this stay was. It was extremely easy to go back and forth from the park to check on our dog, which only cost one payment of 25 euro upon arrival. The staff worked to get us into a room before check in, which was fantastic after a long drive for our pup. Breakfast was included each morning and it was great! It included cold and hot options with coffee and juice machines. Our boys loved the game room area, they spent a lot of time playing in there while waiting for the boring adults get ready to leave for the park.

My only complaint was the bed was a bit hard, but my husband and children didn't seem to mind.

The hotel was very modern & chic, and the staff were friendly. The moment I stepped in, everything was so welcoming. They have a gym room and it was big with lots of equipment, went there every night. Breakfast was good with a moderate variety to choose from. Had a supermarket nearby. Very convenient.

Room was a bit small, but at least the bed was big. Quite far away from the main entrance. It may look like it's a street away from the park or at least the back entrance, but the back entrance is exclusively for the park's hotel guests only. Had to walk 20min to the main entrance. Also only a couple of food options nearby, will need to walk a bit further to find more restaurants.

Hospitality, friendliness and service of the staff is GREAT. From check in to "do you have a spoon for me" at breakfast. From "can we get a very early coffee" to "can you send me the hotel bill again", it was taken care of in a minute. Loved the rooms - and this little, very subtle light that switches on if you get up at night. Comfortable beds, funny message on the mirror - it is a very comfortable accommodation. Breakfast is worth your money! And not to mention - incredibly close to Euopapark.

The room temperature. I know it's a German thing, but 24 degrees is too hot. And yes, there is an airco/heating system, but it took me 2 nights before I had the right temperature.

Reception shared with bar. We arrived late at the hotel and the friendly bar staff cooked pizza for us at 2300. Free parking around the back. 10 to 15 minutes walk to main entrance of Europapark. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel. Minimalist room style but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. A few restaurants 5 minutes walk away towards Rust. Perfect if travelling for Europapark. We stayed here for 2 nights

Very little. Didn't like the fixed leather cushions that form part of the headboard on the bed. Slightly unhygienic design.

The lobby is very welcoming with the reception located right at the bar. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and kind. The room was very good and its location is quite nice too, since its close to a restaurant and supermarkets. The room is very clean. I dont usually leave reviews but this experience had to be shared. Will definitely recommend and come back to this hotel any time again. Parking was very clean and safe as well. There is an option to park outside or underground.

Only thing was getting to Europa Park was kind of a hassle without any real information shared by the hotel on how to get there the quickest. I mean ok, its not really the hotels job to tell you this; but it wouldve been better if they did inquire about their customers going to Europa Park and share the quickest way to get there. We ended up walking around 20minutes to the theme park and were kind of exhausted at the entrance and were craving for drinks already. Other than this, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel!

Neat and clean rooms, close to Europa park, very warm and welcoming staff.

There is no room service, no electric kettles or coffee machines in the room, no complimentary tea bags, coffee pods in the room. Not sure if it's a European thing but so far every hotel we've visited outside Europe, no matter how basic, has always had this provided in the room. Their breakfast buffet was fine but it could be improved in terms of variety of food.

Conveniently located to visit the theme parks, decently sized parking (paid, but not expensive), a quite nice breakfast with plenty of options and an OK room with OK bed, bathroom and amenities

Even though we were a family of 3 there were only 2 sets of towels for us. Our room was not cleaned from day 1 to day 2, but on day 2 the cleaning staff was already knocking on our door 2hs before our check-out time. Not cool

Very clean, new hotel. Nice fun vibes. There was a nice play area for kids which they enjoyed. The breakfast spread was amazing and had a very nice spread. Kids were kept happy with little extras like donuts and pastries. Nice to see gluten free options as well.

The check in could have been faster. It was confusing when we were asked the breakfast timings for 1 day but not the others.

We had an enjoyable and lovely stay at Moxi Hotel. I booked a room for me and my sister as we wanted to go to Europa Park. The hotel is located within walking distance of thyme park. It is a pretty new one so the facilities are modern, everything is super clean and fresh. The staff is extremely polite and nice :) We were even served by the owner who turned out to be Bulgarian :) such a lovely girl! We also had breakfast in the hotel and it was exceptional. You can get everything you can think of.

great hotel , comfortable beds , 10 min drive to Europa park , quite area . us and the kids had to stay in two different builders because they don’t don’t have rooms assigned to us , where it was suppose to be because we reserved the rooms months earlier. the reception staff were very helpful and friendly .
