Clean and safe location. The location of the hostel is strategically near shopping areas and restaurants, walking distance to Bus stations and even to the train station. Just few walks 10mins youll be able to see a park and riverbank :) the Domes are even near the area. Beautiful place to discover!! everything is within reach! The receptionist can speak english and can book you a taxi within 3 mins. Nonetheless, everything was perfect.

We only found the WC or comfort room too small for a space, and there werent at least one table in the room

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at (no, we can’t compare it to 4 or 5 start hotels). Great location, literally steps from restaurants, shops and all attractions, but still quite (enough) at night. Very clean, good space, comfortable bed.

The air conditioning didn’t really work, so it was a bit warm. We opened the window, so it helped. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t report it. There were no toiletries provided except hand soap (which is the most important), but we always bring our own anyway, so it wasn’t a problem for us, but I think guests should be informed before arrival.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern room. It's quite bare but as a hostel (rather than a hotel) it more than met my needs for a two-night stay. Free access to lockers in the entrance where I could store my luggage after check-out, with padlock provided by staff. It's nothing fancy, but if you just need a place to crash during a visit to Munster, it's all you need.

Pillows were quite thin (I doubled up as I was travelling solo), and the room did not contain anything other than bare essentials - e.g. no clothing rail/hangers, no cups, no toiletries, no hairdryer. However, staff were quick to provide a cup and hairdryer once asked.

It is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Good common area facilitates communication between guests.

For a hostel it needs a better kitchen facility. There is only a tiny refrigerator, microwave and some large plates, cutlery. The common area was frequently smoky and unpleasant - guests and even staff stand outside open door to smoke and the smoke flows straight back in to a poorly ventilated area. Twice I felt the need to leave the area because of this.

Everything was perfect: helpful staff who allowed us to check in earlier, storage lockers with free lock&key, super clean room, modern big showers (2 per room!), AC in the room, comfy beds and you even get your bed made and 2 free towels. Also location is just perfect, right in the city center but quiet. Gem for this price!

There is no kitchen, but again, the hostel is located in the city center with access to shops, cafes and restaurants and for the price one just can't complain.

10/10 for location especially if it's your first time in Münster, they also got really nice staffs with 24/7 front desk. They had a cafe on the lobby but I guess you can just sit & work/chill there without buying anything if you stay there. The bed was okay and I appreciated the thick blanket for colder days. The layout of the bedrooms somehow gave you more private-feel even if you stayed in the 6/8/10 beds. Locker was quite big (don't forget to bring your lock), there were also towels & hair dryer provided

Pillows were sooo thin & my bed was a bit dusty. They didn't provide toiletries (only hand soaps). Too bad they didn't have a common kitchen

I extremely like Staff Assistancy the they listen, give respect and solve customer query is amazing the location of hotel was very near to bus stop and train station.

I will give suggection of little approvement is that you should arrange little fan for customers as well Especially for in Summer. When last time I came back to my room I was feeling hot bit i didn't find any fan based cooling system. Then I opened the window that was little helpful.

Only complaints was that the room was a little smelly when I first arrived (nothing an open window couldn’t fix). My second complaint is thatI needed to leave my bags in the lobby for the day that I checked out. The lockers in the lobby have no locks on them so you either need to provide one of your own or buy one from the staff. This is the same for the lockers in the bedrooms. Would be great if the hostel provided a loan system for the locks.

Beds were already made. They provide towels for free. Good showers and toilets. Beds were relatively private. Also they loan locks if you need.

If it did have a full kitchen, it would have been the best hostel ever but it is not a big deal breaker. There was a microwave, a small fridge and a lot of good restaurants around, so, not too bad. Also, the hair dryers in the bathroom are not the best. If you have long hair, that's gonna stay wet for a while. FYI

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean. The location is super, it takes less than 4 minutes walking to the central ring of the city. There are restaurants and pubs nearby. I would totally stay again there when visit.

The only thing I didn't liked was that there is no place to put your shampoo and shower gel/soap on the shower. I had to put them in the floor of the shower. It would be nice to have a small basket or anything that can hold the shampoo and shower gel. Besides that it was perfect.
