The room was completely clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very professional and they were super helpful. The hotel had a very good internet connection (wifi). The breakfast was super tasty. In general, I was very happy to stay there.

Location is both plus and a drawback. Even though it is located just near to main train station, there are some "red lightish" places very close by. Yet, the hotel owner mentioned that these places might be removed to somewhere else 3 months later. Apart from that, there were no slippers in the room.

Everything but the view of the courtyard on the backside of the building. But semi-transparent curtains fixed that. Great beds, clean, great bathroom, clean and soft towels, great price despite booking for same evening, complimentary glass (wine size) bottle of water, free 24-hour coffee (espresso, latte, delicious hot chocolate, ex), easy check-in and out. Apparently really close to main train station. We came by car.

The facade of the building didn’t look too inviting nor did the view out into the back courtyard but everything else was great. The window could be opened vertically so there was fresh air without the security risk. There was literally a sex shop a couple of ‘units’ down the street. Neighborhood didn’t seem too sketchy.

The hotel is really good. We have been very well welcomed. The front desk is open 24/24 and all the person we met were very sympatic and in a good mood. The room was great (comfortable, great size, clean, super bathroom, very quiet). We didn't take any breakfast but appreciated a lot the free coffee in the morning. The location is perfect for visiting the city, less than 10 minutes walking from main station, almost all city interest can be visited by walking.

The hotel is unfortunately not in the best part of the city. We haven't been bothered at all but the view from the room was not very interesting and the way to get to the Hotel goes through a urinary smelling area. In the neibourghood you find some brothel. Once more it didn't bother us at all and we haven't fellt in danger.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-organized, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast – it was not just good - it was exceptional. The variety of options, freshness, and taste exceeded my expectations. A perfect start to the day. The hotel's location couldn't be better , it's practically in the center of everything. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary parking right in front of the hotel, which made my visit even more convenient. Highly recommend!

The YORS Boutique Hotel provides great value accommodation very close to the main coach and railway stations. The bedroom had everything we needed and was both clean and comfortable.

The only reason I haven't given 10/10 is because (although we were told that there was, by email beforehand) there was no designated luggage storage facility. We had to leave the bags in the public reception area. Everything was still there on our return, but it's not ideal.

everything was clean and new and in working order. excellent location, next to central station and in the middle of the town. good breakfast, good choice of spreads etc.

I booked this hotel as they call themselves a boutique hotel. They are definitely NOT a boutique hotel. There is nothing special or quirky about this hotel. my room was minute and the bathroom was even smaller. it is just a typical run of the mill good German hotel, decent value for money. but nothing special and certainly not a boutique hotel. it is more a bijou hotel.

Very nice rooms - super clean, fluffy and beautiful beddings and towels, complimentary water, you can open windows which is a plus for us. Breakfast was delicious. You can use coffee machine during all your stay, make tea, and take water. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and professional. She found for us 3 rooms next to each other which was amazing for our travelling group. She also spoke Polish which was a great advantage for our elderly uncles from Poland who do not speak other languages.

Everything was great - at the reception you can always make yourself a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate for free; room (along with bathroom) very clean; there are many pillows and cushions on the beds so you can feel like at home; receptionists are extremely kind and helpful; the hotel is like 5 minutes of walk away from the main train station Hauptbahnhof; the location is just perfect - close to restaurants and grocery stores; hotel breakfast is not big but very tasty and varied

The location is close to the central main station. The staff is extremely friendly and trying to help. The location have other benefits around.

A bit shady people outside. The hotel is not "Boutique" it is just a regular hotel. The hotel is still not ready with all facilities and quite new. Something I don't really care because it was functional but the main problem was there where no blinded or shades on the windows and the sun came in and woke me up - but I believe they will fix it soon. Internet was not working yet though.

Wonderful staff switched our room right away when the first one smelled of smoke. The breakfast was very good. Very clean.

As first time visitors to Hannover, we didn't realize we were staying in their red light district. This was on the same block. In addition, the bathroom had saloon style doors which made it a bit noisy for the person staying on that side of the room.
