You might indeed see a couple of drug consumers along your very short way between the railway station and the hotel. DON'T PANIC, they are MOSTLY HARMLESS. The hotel owners can hardly do anything about it. The only thing left for the hotel is to struggle to survive. That explains the ridiculosly low price and the fact the hotel seems understaffed. But hey, you just need your 8 hours of sleep between that flight from Larnaca at 23:05 and that train to Manheim at 08:47! Do not forget your towel.

Staff- friendly and present; Location - very convenient, walking distance from Main HBF as well trams and buses; Bathroom - clean and well equipped; good wi-fi;

Room- street facing hence very noisy; a bit small and stuffy - poor ventilation, might not be comfortable in the peak of summer; No drinking water or glass to drink water; No dustbin in room (only in bathroom) Felt a bit unsafe as it was very easy to enter hotel reception and elevator leading to room late at night - did not have to use my key so seems like it is accessible to ALL!

Great value and the room had everything a hotel room is supposed to have. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Location was very convenient since it's right by the train station.

The area was pretty shady but areas by train stations are always shady wherever you go. It's not dangerous, but just feels sketchy because of the people around. Still worth it for the convenient location however.

The Location. It is just a walk from Frankfurt HBF. Accessible to all types of transportation

Actually, I got it from a really cheap price, so i didn't expect something big out of it. You get what you pay for. On the other hand, what bothers us is that the key was attached to a big keychain. It was kind of a hassle bringing it outside, especially if you're using a small bag to roam around the city.

I liked the location, I liked the room cleanse. I liked how helpful the staff was. I like that the room looked cute and it had coffee, so I could dry the towels.

I didn't like that I was supposed to have one bed for me and one bed for my friend, separate beds, basically, but the room had two singles beds put them together.

The perfect place from which to explore Frankfurt City, Very clean, comfortable and warm room, near with main Central Station, easy reach of shops, eating places, Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop, Very kind and Friendly staff, I will certainly be back.

My room was very modern and clean except the shower was full of limescale, the receptionists were friendly and efficient! Only a few meters walk to the train station, but away from the train station area drug madness! The supermarket was not far either!

The limescale and the human hair in the shower! The cleaning women don t speak German and don t understand proper English either!

Good price for private wc private room. Very central. There are so many homeless around hotel but this is city problem. Very clean toilet and bathrom.

So many drug sellers around the hotel unfortunately. But this is city problem. Maybe other family members women children can be scared of them

Room was very tidy/clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great value for money. Storage for bags to leave after we checked out which was very helpful.

The location was directly opposite train station which was ideal but there were many homeless people about.

The room (single with shared bathroom) was clean and, for the price, somewhat spacious, had a TV, table and chair, clean, comfy bed. The bathroom was okay, a little dated but the water was warm and had good pressure. The staff I dealt with was friendly and the price I paid was sensationally low.

I don't mind a shared bathroom but this one was on a different floor - that was a bit inconvenient and could have been made clearer on the offer. Also they don't offer breakfast although they says they do on booking.com (They stopped doing it because of the pandemic) but as it's right across from the main train station there are many food options very close by.
