Best Western Le Relais du Vigneron

the room was large and had been recently renovated to a good standard. the staff were all very friendly.

other than the room, the rest of the hotel is from the 70s/80s and I believe is due for renovation. the breakfast is poor value (we stayed in a 4* hotel the night before and had an amazing breakfast with champagne and freshly squeezed orange juice included for the same price). the restaurant is only open a few nights a week …and there’s nowhere else for about “20m” drive according to the front desk for dinner which is ridiculous for a hotel - what do they expect guests to do?

The hotel is in the heart of Champagne very pretty area. The hotel had secure free parking. The restaurant looked really good but we didn’t eat on this occasion .

The main building was lovely but we were led across a courtyard into a functional building the room was nice but the corridor and stairs more like an office block or secondary school.

Spacious room, very comfortable all together. Very good breakfast.

Booking site mentioned bathrobes and slippers as part of the room accessories, but at the front desk we were told they do not actually have them. The village only has a pizzeria and the hotel restaurant, so if you want to eat out for dinner you might have to travel by car for a bit.

A very pleasant comfortable room, with a pretty good breakfast. Very good dinner. Staff were lovely.

No lift to the second floor. The layout of the hotel was higgledy piggledy. Reception in one building, where breakfast was served. Bedrooms in another building. Restaurant in the main building where our bedroom was, but we had to exit the building to move from restaurant to bedroom and vice versa.

Easy access and a very friendly welcome. Room was well equipped and spotless. Breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely recommend. Nicely located for exploring the Champagne region.

The restaurant and bar were expensive compared to other places in the village., but I am sure the food there was exceptional too.

This is a very comfortable hotel and the little town is very sweet. The rooms were the best we had while staying in France.

The location is only good if you have a car. We didn't have a car and it was really inconvenient and expensive to try to get around. There is not a ton to do in the little town so not much to explore.

Very fresh and new hotel, it was very nice overall and a great stay for the money. The bar was quiet and nice too. Very nice staff, helpful. Highly recommend.

The place is still under renovation, but didn't make a very big impact on us. The restaurant was closed, unfortunately, we stayed there on a Sunday.

Very friendly staff, ckean room with pretty and modern furniture. Quiet environment. Car can be parked behind closed gate.

Upon arrival it's a bit unclear where you need to go. The hotel entrance is actually the restaurant. The reception is in a different and unmarked building. Be mindful there's no elevator.

lovely big newly refurbished room with plenty of room for all four of us. sofa bed was made up for our toddler and the hotel provided a cot for our baby too

the hotel restaurant is lovely for adults, but not the most suitable for children (which is not necessarily a criticism, but just something to be aware of)

Very clean rooms, everything you would expect from a decent hotel, it is exactly what you would expect form a hotel in this price range and based on the picture/information on their website. The restaurant connected to the hotel is excellent, highly recommended.
