We were met at the reception by a very friendly and helpfull member of staff, getting us a room close to the lift, as my partner has got waking disabillities. The room was very Clean, a good size and the bed was very Comfortable. The Staff in the Restaurant were very friendly and helpfull as well and the food was great. The Breakfast has a great variety to choose from, including a boiled or scrambled egg.
A great Place to stay. We were very happy with our stay at the hotel.

easy to find being opposite the main station. picturesque city location. nice cafe style outside seating/dining. Restaurant presented in an Art Deco style and very good. staff extremely helpful, providing secure parking for our motorbikes in a locked garage. great, would certainly stay here again. The local beer being served was very good indeed

The location was ideal for our day visit to Le Quesnoy. Staff were welcoming and we enjoyed an evening snack because the restaurant was closed. A very good breakfast, fit for purpose. We were able to store our luggage the following morning after checkout. Overall we enjoyed our one night stay in this historic hotel. Good value for money.

This is a lovely hotel right opposite the railway station and by the tram and bus stops. Many places to eat nearby and the city centre is just a five minute walk away. The staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful. The bedroom was a good size with a well equipped bathroom

Location in front of the train station and about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main square. There are restaurants in the vicinity including the one from the hotel. Room was nice and relatively quiet. Wifi was good. Staff correct.

The room was spacious. The bath and shower in the room (having both). We stayed in a Superior Double with two beds. The service is friendly and the food is very good.
The bottom of the toilet needs to be de-scaled. The view from the room was nothing (we were located at back of hotel).

Convenience, communication and the price was fantastic.
The hotel could do with some modernisation. That being said, i liked the whole 90s throwback, feel. Overal as a last minute booking it was great. The staff were lovely and the rooms were a great size
