ibis Tours Nord

The standards at Ibis hotels in France are just overall impressive. The staff was very attentive - I was traveling with my dog and cat and for the seven nights we were on the road, in 3 countries, this was the only hotel that had special supplies to make their stay better.

I wish there was an elevator - both my dog and myself do not handle stairs well.

The staff where very friendly and the restaurant next to the hotel served lovely food and service was excellent too, as was the self-service breakfast the next day.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, it was a little disappointing that the hotel did not provide this.

Always a pleasure to stop over - stock up too on lovely Loire wines at the (very) nearby Auchan .. it’s right next door .. when heading South. Set evening menu never fails, and staff are so pleasant and inviting. It’s my go to stop over! So easy to team the short journey into the Centre.

Nothing really; never had a bad nor disappointing stay.

Very helpful and friendly lady on reception. Our dog received some treats and a ball. Ground floor room requested and allocated. Easy parking on site. Plenty of room to exercise the dog around the grounds.

Good onsite restaurant but waited for a fairly lengthy time to get our orders taken. We had to ask a couple of times if anyone could help us.

Good location, helping staff

It was not value for money as the stay included only the room. There was no facility for anything in the room. All things we need to buy from outside.

The Room and en-suite bathroom were spacious and well laid out. It was a dog friendly room with excellent access to the front door. The staff were very welcoming both to me and to my dog which was a nice touch.

Cant think of much to say here I chose the location because it cut my journey from UK to Aveyron in two so it was a stopover as opposed to having a holiday in Tours. The location and services provided met my requirements.

.. to stay here; it’s my personal preference when heading (normally) south. Perfect stopover; immaculate/clean, pleasant staff (and happy ones too!), good food and reasonably priced, and safe location .. and also perfect for stocking up on lovely Loire wine, as you right are next door to a half-decent Auchan, which has a great number of regional wines to offer!

never lets me down!

There are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a large Auchan supermarket. The restaurant adjoining the hotel is offers a limited menu but ideal for overnight stop on-route. Parking outside the hotel is limited but plenty of space in supermarket car park.

Friendly staff

Our regular stop whilst driving to Portugal. Perfectly located for us and restaurant Dodd is good also. Our dog gets to stay and gets in dining room 👍 Has a large shopping mall across the road and other eateries in the area.

Outside the main town. A car required to get to the centre.

They could speak english (also at the restaurant). The food at rhe restaurant was delicious and it was prepared fast. There is a big supermarkt (mall) and some other restaurants near the hotel.

The bed was a bit stiff and we couldn't make the airco work.
