Hôtel Le Cousture

Excellent location--less than 5 minutes to Capitole. Staff--Freindly and accommodating: Rachid at check-in, Amanais in the morning, and Silvije in the afternoon. Room 402: 2 beds with large, accessible bathroom with walk in shower, shower seat and hand held shower head. A few English language tv stations, including CNN and BBC. Although no kettle in room, hot water and microwave available in ground floor breakfast room.

Nothing. All expectations were met or exceeded.

The staff is really nice. The hotel is extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works really well. We didn't hear any sounds from the neighbouring rooms. The hotel is not far away from the train station and really just at the entrance of the city center.

We slept in a room facing the street: The main road is very loud at night, even during the week (we stayed Saturday-Tuesday in May). Being a noise-sensitive person, I heard the tuned cars on the main road very well. Next time, I'd like to try the rooms facing the courtyard. For me, there could be some more bread at breakfast.

Room was clean & tidy. Liked that we were overlooking the main street but it was a bit noisy late at night. Air con in the room. Bathroom was easy to access, good supply of towels & amenities.

A bit noisy late at night from the main road outside, but wasn't a big problem. Room was by the lift & we could hear other guests when they returned after us. Breakfast room is quite small especially when the hotel is full, very limited space.

Close to the main centre of the city, on a busy road but nice and quiet inside. helpful reception staff, room was clean, modern and comfortable, bed was particularly good, had a great night's sleep! Close to some good craft beer bars and not far from the rail and bus station, was a good stay.

Everything was fine, nothing I didn't like.

Breakfast room and bedroom a little small but adequate. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good lift.

Shower in room 503 is a shower hose in a bath. Would be improved by having a solid screen between bath and toilet and shower head on a hook above the bath. Not expensive to do but would make a big difference.

Room very clean, bed was ridiculously comfortable! Good air-conditioning. Room i had was perfect for solo traveller

Not hotels fault.... but asked them to get me a taxi, which they did.... taxi charged me almost double what I've paid previously.... so I would advise organising own transport to and from hotel.

The location was very good. So convenient for the buses to the rugby stadium and the airport and in the city centre. It was also very reasonably priced although breakfast was extra.

The room door was not very soundproof and you could hear any noise in the corridor, but there wasn't much noise as most of the other guests seemed to be elderly.

Very comfortable bed. Room quite small but perfect for solo traveller for a few nights. Room was very clean, good facilities.

difficult to adjust my reservation—hôtel referred me to Booking, & Booking referred me to hotel

The morning desk clerk was the best help. .

The afternoon clerk was not as nice. 1st floor was a bit noisy from the street noise.
