Hotel Gascogne

The hotel and staff were excellent. The exterior looks 1970-1980 vintage (which has its charms) but the room looked newly renovated. The staff was very gracious. My room had a nice view onto vines, trees, and a park. Very soothing. Also very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Just three blocks from the hotel is an excellent traditional fruit, vegetable, cheese, and pastry market with several cafes and a small fully stocked modern supermarket. Easy walk to the center.

Personally I think the room would look prettier and fresher if the curtains were a light shade of green or blue. The terrace entrance of the hotel could be better tended and beautified (it looks neglected).

Location was very good - close to metro close to interesting part of town.Heaps of brasseries - restaurants. Vibrant multicultural crowds to watch. window with view of near neighborhood. One lady at the front desk was very charming and helpful.. Advised us on transport, markets taxis and airport etc. Breakfast was excellent. Everything plentiful and fresh.

Bathroom was awkwardly designed. Shower water went allover the floor. Room was small and cramped for two with suitcases.Road was very busy with police and ambulances. nearby hospital

We chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the stadium but turned out to be also convenient for center of the city. the staffs were very willing to help our stay to be comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and clean so we're able to relax during our stay. The breakfast was delicious too.

Nothing particular

The room was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was good value. Most of the staff were very very helpful and friendly. I appreciated it a lot, I was travelling with my 4 year old daughter. They printed off boarding passes for me, gave me helpful advice on nice places to eat with my daughter and were understanding one morning when we came down for breakfast late.

One staff member was noticeably unreceptive and cold, not only to me but to other guests. She was at reception on April 3rd when we were having breakfast. Perhaps she just needs more training in customer service

The union of the tiles in the shower had some mold spots. The draining in the sink was not properly working. Wifi was not good.

Professional, helpful staff who gave a warm welcome. Quiet hotel. Good value breakfast buffet. Good location in St Cyprien, a nice area with a great little covered market and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Nice stroll across the Pont Neuf in to the city centre

Close to the airport and the town centre. Great location by a base for the toulouse city cycles, local shops have crazy good cheese, bread and wine.

Room was above the outside picnic table, so any other room other than 102 would be my choice for the next visit.

Good location. Just a short walk from the city center. Parking available for a reasonable price, 9€ per night. Dogs allowed for a 10€ fee per night. There is a green area close by to walk the dogs.

The breakfast variety was ok, I only missed more warm options.

Small but functional and comfortable room. Hotel itself is stylish and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great central location with lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Breakfast was good but basic. Parking was convenient but a little expensive. Noisy with the windows open but fine when closed.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, the room was nice.

The location was ok, not great but not terrible, walkable from the main part of the city. Apart from that there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel.
