Boutique Hotel SOCLO

Great location, rooms really comfortable, hotel had cool vibe and great to have a little pool right in the city and a beautiful peaceful garden with lovely day beds to relax on. We had a street view which was a little noisy on the Friday night thought it was Bastille Day - incredible fireworks by the nearby river and very quiet with the window shut. Might ask for garden view next time.

Loved everything. The breakfast was amazing though it wasn’t included and was quite expensive. However there was so many different delicious things to choose from, you didn’t need lunch! We were a little bit disappointed that they didn’t tell us they serve brunch on Sundays which is an even more impressive spread so we had breakfast and then an hour later they started bringing out the most sumptuous assortment of things and we would def have waited had we known. It was jam packed so obviously has quite a reputation locally!

We stayed in a Superior Double room and superior it certainly was, we didn't want to leave! Huge bed, plenty of storage for a full unpack, a mini bar/fridge, well equipped bathroom and a TV complete with applications such as Netflix and Disney, which was a lovely touch. The staff are all very polite and helpful, providing a brilliant service whilst remaining down to earth and approachable. The manager was particularly helpful on our first day, providing us with a map of Toulouse with notes about where he recommended we visit. He also offered to make reservations at restaurants for us. Breakfast and lunch (and brunch on Sundays) at SOCLO is best I've ever experienced at any hotel. Every day is a fresh feast.

Literally nothing I didn't like about SOCLO, it was a flawless visit.

My mother and I chose Hotel SOCLO for its unique boutique style and ideal location that enabled us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was very clean and pretty with a clawfoot bathtub, robe and slippers, and an abundance of nice bath products. The garden is large with plenty of charming seating and an outdoor swimming pool. The indoor-outdoor restaurant serves an exceptional buffet breakfast and lunch, and table service for dinner. And most special is the staff, who went out of their way to take good care of us. The restaurant staff translated the menu from French to English for us, and Adrien the manager provided exceptional service from start to finish.

A beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced. A wide variety of sweet and savory things and excellent coffee and hot chocolate. The room was amazing. Lovely roustique decoration with a lot of details. In the bathroom there was a wide choice of Occitane products, which was a beautiful touch. The restaurant gives a cozy feeling , the menu is good and they make very good cocktails. The inner yard is stunning. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

It was a bit pricey overall.

The hotel is so beautiful, whoever designed it gets top marks. It was 42 degrees when we were there and the pool just made it for us. We relaxed on the loungers in the day drinking a nice bottle of rose and dipped in and out of the pool. The staff were helpful and friendly. The prestige room was beautiful with a lovely view, very small balcony but the designer makes the most of the window view. I slept like a log.

We didn’t have the breakfast as we felt it was a bit overpriced and they need to cover it as it was laid out uncovered - literally the only criticism. We had a lovely coffee in the morning there instead and then went to the square for breakfast / brunch.

Modern, well designed hotel, with gorgeous big comfortable beds and I really appreciated the l’Occitaine products in the bathroom (what a treat!) We didn’t eat the breakfast (I don’t eat it) but it looked like one of the the most fabulous breakfast buffets I’ve ever seen Location was great Gorgeous garden at the back serving food and absolutely amazing cocktails. Would definitely recommend if staying in Toulouse!

Everything about the hotel, from the friendly and helpful staff to the elegant decor, to the bar and garden to the toiletries and the serve-yourself breakfast was exceptional. The whole experience felt personal with lots of individual touches, but all at a consistently (very) high level of quality.

The location is a little off the beaten track and in an undistinguished street. But it is near to the Garonne, a short walk to the centre and well served by the City Bike stands. The upside of the location is it was quiet and peaceful. This really isn't a criticism but an observation and for many people will be a bonus!

The staff are very kind and friendly. The garden is stunning and it is unusual to find a hotel with a pool in the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent, as is the cocktail bar. The location is very convenient for exploring Toulouse. The room was small but well decorated and laid out with everything you could want. Will be recommending this place generously and will definitely return.

SOCLO Hotel exceeded all expectations. The Staff were fantastic - warm, friendly, relaxed. The room was superb & the Occitane products a lovely addition. The outside area (garden, loungers & pool) was the true sell-point and the photos online don't do it justice!

Breakfast was quite underwhelming for 20EUR per person. When we were there, it was just a cold selection and pastries/ fruit etc. and anything other than a black coffee cost extra.

A gem. I would recommand this hotel for its location, confort, design, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool and giant home made breakfast (it really looks like you re entering a pastry shop !) Above all, the staff is exceptional : professionnal, friendly and discreet. Special mention to Hugo, a young cocktail genius at the bar. Catch him before he becomes a star in New York or Tokyo. This hotel has defitively a unique vibe. Well done.
