The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.

A bit noisy in the morning or late night when the neighbor guests close their door, although there is a second door (I think it's used to isolate the door noise from neighbors) in the room. Isn't a bottle of still water provided for free after room service every day? Some days I have to talk to the reception to get a bottle of water in my room.

good breakfast. big room compared to normal family rooms. very confortable beds. good offer of kids entertainement in the hall.

just one thing is that we once asked for information to go at the Cite de l'Espace, the person at the reception told us that the common transportation was very bad and suggested to take a taxi. Infact a very convenient bus to go at the venue is available w/o change and a very convenient price. but this is just a detial, the rest was really more than ok.

The staff went above and beyond for us! One member of our family got sick and we had to stay another day and they were kind in adjusting our booking as well as helping with extra housekeeping.

The bed was a little hard for me and I would have liked a little cooler room but those are little things that didn’t impact how much I enjoyed our stay.

This is a really lovely hotel and it is in a great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a bright and modern feel to it. The location is fantastic and the park next door is a beautiful escape. Super room for families - kids loved the bunk beds and room was spacious enough for everyone. Loved the Nuxe toiletries- what a treat!

Great restaurant, amazing breakfast but the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were all friendly, helpful and welcoming from the cleaning staff to the front desk. Particular thanks to the team who got ice cream for my kids out of hours. We are all looking forward to returning!

It was not the first time we were guests of the Mercure hotel chain. It is one of the best hotels in France. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Clean, large and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and fabulous breakfast. As for the staff, only good. Very kind and friendly.

Very good location. Helpful staff. Nice design. comfy bed. Tasty breakfast although it would be great if more vegetables were added.

It would be great if soap was topped up as we run out after one night’s and it was not replenished.

The hotel is centrally located and has very comfortable rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and helped me with booking a cab to the airport on the last day when there was a general strike all over France

Clean, modern, nice breakfast, helpful staff

Not particularly charming - more modern European business hôtel vibe. No coffee in room - only hôtel of our trip without this amenity. Also, would have liked more towels.

I had a problem outside of purview of hotel services and two of the staff members, Mairie( Reception) and Fabbian ( restaurant) were exceedingly helpful and greatly appreciated by me.
