What A great hotel find in Toulouse… centrally located right by the river in downtown Toulouse, beautiful quiet courtyard to have a quiet beverage after touring all day or for breakfast, and the most amazing staff at reception…Megan, Alienor, & Sabri.. you were the absolute best! You made our visit so memorable by all your recommendations of what to see, where to go and fabulous restaurants… always professional, always with a smile, and always willing to see what more you could do to make our stay even better! Thank you thank you and we will be back to your beautiful city someday soon… and of course stay at your lovely hotel. The most comfortable beds ever! Thanks again, Freddi & Giff

Parking service superb, (special mention for Serge). Overall presentation of the hotel, Breakfast and of course the helpfulness and welcome from every single member of staff every time I was in contact with them, from start to finish. They cannot be faulted in the slightest, they are a real credit to the hotel.

2 areas need immediate improvement, and both are the responsibility of management. Reception. Staff need to be proactive. There is no point informing guests what they can see and do, if it is closed!! La musée de Beaux Arts was not only closed, but it doesn't open until 2024! Why was it indicated on the map? Focus on 15 things to see and do, and train the staff to know all that there is to know, including familiarisation visits, idem for restaurants. Focus on about 10 restaurants, inc your own. Second area was Housekeeping. We stayed in a lovely room (121), but it was looking a bit "tired", shower head leak, carpet stains etc. There should be a way for the room cleaners to test and report these deficiencies, and remedial action to be taken.

The bed was a little hard and no iron in the room but other than that it was nice.

The staff were terrific. Very accommodating and willing to help in any way they could. While I didn't eat at the property, the bar and terrace were very good.

The room and facilities felt a bit tired. Nothing wrong, just aged and in need of a refresh after probably six plus years. I was only there for a night and felt very comfortable, I just wasn't blown away.

Hotel is at a great location and offers a parking service if you order parking in advance. Very friendly staff. Hotel has a 1 star Michelin restaurant. We chose to eat in the city and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to chose from.

The hotel has a very nice inner court for taking a drink and offers an excellent breakfast.

Excelent location near town centre. A convenient supermarket and many eateries nearby. Charming property in old building well restored and maintained.

Parking is not onsite and expensive. The TV didn’t work even after technician attended to it so it was a bummer.

Pillows in bedroom were terrible ….. there was no substance and support to them. Hence my husband and I woke in the morning both with sore necks due to no support. Breakfast was ok however my husband had scrambled eggs which were grainy and grey ….. not recommended.

The elegant hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street in an enchanting quarter close to historic sites, shopping and dining.

Generally the hotel could use a deep clean and paint. It’s tired!
