Boutique Hotel Des XV

We had a lovely, well decorated room with a large adjoining balcony. The room wasn’t very big but it was very functional and comfortable. The hotel is an old mansion with a wonderful wooden staircase and stain glass windows. It is located in the consulate/embassy area of town which seems very residential. The breakfast room was bright and inviting. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful when it came to helping us choose restaurants

Everything was great but be advised that the city of Strasbourg is about 15 minutes away by car. There are also buses that will take you into town.

Marianne and the other ladies were lovely and professional. Always attentive and ready to help. The breakfast selection was small, but tasty. Rooms and hotel were impeccably clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet rooms were given upon our request. We didn’t hear a thing even though there were other guests at the hotel. Bathroom was spacious and had good lighting. Area where the hotel is located was safe, quiet and accessible via bus route to the old town. Note that we stayed during December (Christmas market visit).

Rooms were a bit smaller than expected and as our rooms were booked on the last floor, they had some titled wooden beams that took a while to navigate around. Closets were very narrow and couldn’t hang all my coats. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator and we had to take narrow stairs to our rooms (we didn’t mind) but felt bad for the staff for carrying the heavy luggage. It takes around 30 min to get to old town, so if you don’t mind investing that time, then this is the perfect hotel in Strasbourg.

Location and staff were excellent. It may be the friendliest and most relevant hotel in France. The breakfast was very nice and the kids loved it. There is a very warm family atmosphere. It is very nice that it is close to the center and there is no parking problem.

Everything was fine. It will be our only choice for our next visit. If you want a pleasant stay, you can go without thinking.

Best place I’ve ever stayed at in Strasbourg, and I’ve been to quite a few, even at a higher price range. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful and well-maintained, the breakfast was amazing. The Orangerie park is just around the corner and the European Parliament a 15 minute relaxed walk through the park. Ideal if you want to avoid the hustle of the center. The bus station is right by the entrance of the hotel.

We like this boutique hotel in Strasbourg very much. It was our third stay. The hotel staff is friendly, the breakfast delicious and the the style and design of the hotel is appealing. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 30 minutes walk to the city center.

The room #1 didn’t match our expectations. The bed is too short if your are plus 1.80 m tall. We will book again, but not this room.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Due to car trouble we were stranded in Strasbourg for another night and the staff made sure we could stay in our (upgraded) hotel room for another night. Also the breakfast is great, the room beautiful and the location amazing. Just a 40 minute walk to the city centre and you can walk through the beautiful parc l’orangerie. Just an amazing stay 🤗

Hotel brilliant. Location not brilliant if you want to go into the city centre. Parking could be tricky unless you book theirs

We loved everything about this hotel! It was beautiful, the hospitality was 10/10, and the best part was being able to bring our dog! The staff was incredibly welcoming and we enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area with a glass of wine from the bar. It was also very clean and Covid rules were taken seriously which we appreciated. Thank you again!

Beautiful small boutique hotel with very helpfull and easygoing staff. Location ideal for families and couples, outside of the city center, close to beautiful and big park and with everything you need in the area.

I wish there had been an elevator in the villa, but the staff was very kind and helped carrying our luggage to the room at first floor
