Mercure Toulouse Aéroport Golf de Seilh

Close to Airport, Quiet, Scenic, Serene location unlike other Airport Hotels. Loved the spectacular Sunset walks on the Golf course. Stayed on 2nd Floor (one above Ground-Floor) in Room #133, in a spacious Corner-Suite with Kitchenette that had small stove, microwave, dishwasher and mini-fridge. Great for small families. The bedding (along with sofa-beds), and bath were clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping service was decent; replenished NUXE toiletries as needed. The restaurant’s outdoor patio overlooking the large lap-size Pool was very relaxing. Breakfast-Buffet (inclusive of the room-rate) started at 6:30 AM, and was plentiful with Eggs, bacon, potatoes, (sausage only couple days in a week), yogurt, fruits, juices, and varieties of breads. Dinner-meals were decent as well. Excellent Lobby Lounge to grab a drink and watch sports on TV. Staff were efficient and helpful. No bottled water in the room, but there’s Detox Water to drink in paper-cups during business hours in the lobby.

Room didn’t have the direct Golf-course view as requested when reserved. The room had a musky smell due to the old carpets, hence had to keep windows open for fresh air. The bathroom shower-tub didn’t have a curtain and the glass-guard wasn’t big enough to stop water from leaking out. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were too runny for my liking. Wish they had airport shuttle, but using Uber was the easiest and fastest from this hotel.

I liked the reception staff, especially the lady with black hair i forgot her name she was very friendly, very helpful with information and she is very patient always with a smile when working with people.

The breakfast was only limited to pork, I didn't eat pork i ate same bread with same cheese everyday even after letting the start aware o my allergies.

The restaurant was soulless and the menu available was not very exiting also the staff in the restaurant/Bar were rude

Welcoming and friendly staff. Hotel next door to golf club, which was great. Rooms nice and comfortable.

The breakfast was supposed to be a choice of continental or English? I had the English and it was nothing like an English breakfast! Perhaps Hotel could research what a full English Breakfast is?

Location was perfect for our requirements.

the carpets in the hallway… a few years old and quite fresh looking… in the bedrooms? from the 90’s at best and clearly needing replacing. The place feels odd overall, typical Accord chain, squeezing the investments to keep up with the competition by doing just the bare minimum for first cosmetic things… eg, on the front, the T from Hotel most likely was replaced with… a red letter. Personally, I really don’t mind and, I noticed it because the branding of this Hotel chain is not red, but pink. it just feels a little cheap from the front door. branding is branding. And the list or the such examples is endless…
