ibis Mulhouse Ile Napoleon

Perfect for a stop-over and excellent value for money. We arrived late in the evening and check-in was quick. Rooms are functional, with comfortable beds and very clean. Perfect for a quick stop coming back from holidays in Southern France. We would choose IBIS again.

Difficult to find/reach the hotel in August 2023, our GPS did not identify the roadworks that blocked the entrance, there was not clear deviation signs and we had to do quite a detour for the last few hundred meters. Could also have to do with our Audi GPS?

I regularly use Ibis Hotels when travelling through Europe by car or motorcycle. This is the first time staying at Mulhouse Ile Napoleon. The rooms were as expected, particularly the bed, which I find more comfortable than most. Bathrooms very clean with excellent shower. We had problems with our car and unexpectedly needed to arrange an extended stay whilst it was repaired. The reception staff could not have been more helpful sorting this out for us.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening but the reception staff helped us find one nearby.

A standard and comfortable Ibis hotel. Easy to find and perfect for an overnight during a long journey especially for avoiding to stop in the very expensive Switzerland. Room clean, COVID-19 procedures perfectly respected, parking space very large and personnel very kind. Breakfast with a lot of choices. A good balance for services provided and room price.

As others guests reported there are only two sockets in the room over the desk and none close to the bed. There were only two shower towels. No other towels for the hands or the face (it was late and we were too tired to ask for additional ones!).

Everything went smoothly. Check-in, the room was clean and comfortable. There was also a bath tube in the bathroom! Bed really comfortable!

The walls are a bit thin, we could hear our neighbors in their intimacy! In the rooms there are only a couple of plugs by the window.

Very clean, close to highway exit (<2km), in-room AC. Fast and convenient check-in, for us it was shortly before midnight. They have breakfast for about 10€ per person, but they have an offer of 5€ for breakfast before 6.30 or after 10.30. Parking lot surrounds the hotel, free parking for guests, there are cameras on the parking, monitored from the 24h reception. Shower head has high pressure which is great after a long drive, towels and soap provided.

Room has everything you would expect, though not a lot of space for 2 people to move around simultaneously! Comfortable beds. Unexpectedly an evening meal was provided - much appreciated after a very long day driving.

Small room, but well arranged. Comfortable beds and properly clean. I recommend restaurant: breakfast and dinner.

Like the location, perfect for travelling to Italy. Been coming here for years, with family, friends and also my little dog.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I was looking for a place to stop one night, in a confortable position from the freeway and Ibis hotel met my needs and expectations. Price was fair and there were an easy parking and good breakfast.

Perfect facilities, obliging receptionist and great disabled facilities. Very quiet and comfortable room, extremely spacious. Great location near to supermarkets and Swiss frontier. Easy access by car
