Room was of a good size and nicely finished. Prefabricated bathroom pod in corner of room with all that was needed and spotlessly clean. Large secure car park to the rear of hotel. Good location, only 10 minute walk into Sarlat centre

Hotel used by numerous coach parties so particularly busy at breakfast so we ate in Sarlat. Inconsistency in bar prices and staff attitude, same drinks different days, different prices. If you pay at the bar you still have to give your room number. Be prepared for questions at check out over payment.

Excellent choice of hotel! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect: less than a 10-minute walk to the old town, and easily accessible from out of town. The rooms were very roomy and clean. Breakfast was plenty and tasty! We definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we come back to Sarlat.

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, in a good location, free parking, and a nice breakfast, as we were often getting going pretty early. As a bonus, it had air conditioning for the summer heat!

Ibis is a great chain, but it is a chain hotel. It is reliable, but perhaps doesn't have as much character as some other hotels. That said, I really liked the lounge areas and they did a great job highlighting the local markets, so really no complaints!

Great location, a short, easy walk from town - about 10 min. Very friendly staff, clean and reasonably spacious room, decent breakfast. And free parking. What's not to like! Sarlat is definitely worth visiting.

The hotel was in a great location for walking in to the Town centre. The staff were excellent and went the extra mile to decorate a room when they heard that one of the couples in our party were due to get married.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, especially we were touched by a lady (unfortunately, I forgot the name of that kind person), who helped us a lot when taxi drivers were not available. She kindly offered us a drive to ensure we’re on time with our small daughter in a church in the city center to celebrate our friends’ wedding. Thank you so much for the great time in your hotel!

It is located in the town center, close to the medieval city. The staff were very kind and accomodating. I travelled with children and asking for rooms with connecting doors, and the hotel provided it for us.

The facility is quite minimalist. They provided water but no water boiler, tea or coffee in the room.

I personally didn't find the beds particularly comfortable, but fine for a short stay.

The room was clean and a good size. The staff were helpful. The bathroom lighting was good and the shower was great. There was room in bathroom for toiletries. I was able to read in bed with enough light.

The breakfast buffet was not a good value so we bought pastries and fruit from the nearby grocery store. The upper outside deck parking entry and exit was a tight squeeze and our rental car was damaged.
