Hotel is staff very polite

Bar staff and the manager very rude, we try to get the food and Drink we didn’t get and the attitude of the manager useless, eventually we went to other place and get our food and drink. Hotel bathroom need to tidy up tiles coming off from the bathtub.

The very kind woman at reception upgraded us to a large room with two beds, which was better for my daughter and I. The room was very quiet despite being on a main pedestrian thorough fare. The beds were comfortable, we loved the air conditioning and the hotel was extremely central. Breakfast was a great spread despite not having gluten free bread (we brought our own). There was plenty to choose from in terms of fruit, meat, cheese etc

The room could do with a bit of painting to cover scratches. The shower was problematic as it sprayed all over the bathroom floor. I did tell reception when we left.

We loved the unusual decor and the location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpfulz

On our first visit (we were stopping over on our way to and from our holiday in Italy) it was nearing the end of the heatwave and our room was very difficult to get cool. The air condition in our room was not working properly. On the way back after mentioning these difficulties, we weee given a room upgrade to room that was cooler but was also opposite the roof top terrace bar which opens until maybe 2.30 am. This was very noisy so hard to have the window open wide enough.

Le Bristol is in an excellent position in Reims - although maybe a little lively for some people. Check in was very easy, and the parking charge was quickly explained and dealt with.

Room location within the hotel was a little disappointing; I'm sure there must have been one available with more of a view than the back of 3 or 4 others. And we were quite close to a generator which meant we had to use the AC the whole time rather than open the window. But that's a minor issue as we were only there for one night.

Hotel Bristol was perfect for our requirements - right beside an underground public car park and on a pedestrian road lined with restaurants - a pleasant walk to the famous cathedral. Staff were friendly - the room was lovely and cool - a real bonus after a hot day’s traveling. We would recommend it to anyone wanting to make a stopover in Reims

I always like a nice cup of tea - and would prefer a kettle to a nespresso machine - but hey, we’re in France.

Good sized family room for two adults and a teenager, central location on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes.

No parking of its own - our car with roof box was too tall for the underground public car park close by (1.9m height limit), so we parked at the station, a 10 minute walk away. While the location is very convenient for finding somewhere to eat, it was also quite noisy on a Saturday night, even on the 5th floor.

Staff were very helpful and always happy to help. The restaurant and bar was great - lively in the evenings but quiet for breakfast and lunch. Location-wise it couldn't be more central with great access to historical centre and champagne houses. The city centre is bustling, so not a quiet spot, but if the bustling centre is what you want then this hotel is perfect. Discounted underground parking only 50 metres away!

The hotel is in a great location in the city - about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and is surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. You can park in an underground car park a couple of minutes from the hotel and you get a reduced rate through the hotel. Breakfast was good.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a larger room. It was fine but fairly basic and the bathroom was small with a shower in the bath.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us advance information on where to park and how to get the best price for parking. The location is on a pedestrian mall with many restaurants and shops. It's walking distance to most of the attractions and the Cathedral. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good and convenient.

There was nothing negative to report.

Location was excellent. Train station is close. Parking even closer. Bed and shower were great. Lots of power plugs. Attached restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was on the small side. Same with the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close without effort. And the room (top floor) was always warm. Had to open the window to cool it down.
