Excellent service, clean up to date rooms. Very comfortable

We booked the hotel some months ago. We waited to book a meal in the excellent restaurant until arrival as we were travelling some distance that day. However we received an email the day before after the cancellation period had expired, informing us that the restaurant was full. You did offer the names of alternative restaurants but this was not suitable for us. As it was a coach party which filled the restaurant, It would have been better to send an email at least 1or 2 weeks before to enable us to plan our trip better.

The staff could not have been more helpful from before we booked until the morning we left! As we arrived late they even arranged a dinner tray for us in our rooms (but then kept the restaurant open so we could sit together to enjoy suppler after our long drive)! Easy lift access (traveling with elderly parents), fabulous breakfast available early for getting back on the road. Absolutely perfect for our overnight lay-over on their first journey abroad since Covid.

Very bright and clean, it was like new so welcoming the staff were so friendly and helpful, even though we could not speak French, they spoke English and that put us at ease. The restaurant was very nice and spacious with large windows overlooking the countryside and the food was very good with excellent staff who were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and bright and the bed with crisp white bedding was very comfortable. Also the bathroom was extremely clean with a lovely sized shower and fab decor. We would definitely recommend it. We will be coming back to stay when we return to France again. It was close to the A16 but far enough away not to be disturbed by the traffic. All in all we loved our overnight stay.

The only thing was out sat navigation could not get us straight to there it seemed very confused when we got to the roundabout and took us through the little village and out into the lanes, but we managed to find it after we came back to roundabout and went opposite way!

A perfect hotel in a great location for the Eurotunnel (1 hour away) and less than 5 minutes from the A16 motorway so extremely convenient. The room was large and modern with nice artwork and a good sized bathroom. The bathroom had a quality selection of toiletries. In the winter the room was heated so nice and cosy, the bed was comfortable and bed linen was good quality. Upper floors were accessible by lift. There is a bar serving cocktails. The restaurant food was quality traditional French cuisine and there was a great wine and beer selection. All the staff were very good. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable night en route to the Tunnel.

Brand new building. Staff helpful and friendly. Room was large, clean and comfy. Bathroom huge. Typical continental breakfast of croissants and coffee, etc. About 50 miles from the Tunnel so great place to overnight both arriving and returning from our holiday. Restaurant was open on our outward journey and enjoyed a good evening meal from a small but varied menu.

It's a little isolated but close to Rang du Fliers and appears to be part of new development in the area. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed the night of our return journey so ended up driving to Le Touquet Paris Plage for our evening meal.

Everything was great for an 'en route' overnight stopover. Clean, modern, comfortable, room plus great restaurant, dinner menus, food and service. Breakfast was good too with hot and cold selections. It was all that we needed and wanted on our way back to Calais from the south of France. A very convenient location being in a commercial area just a short distance off the A route so no views or pleasant surroundings and not a very attractive building but contemporary with great facilities and free parking on site.

No point saying what I don't like here as my comments are always excluded from my published reviews even when important for prospective clients to know and proprietors to acknowledge and deal with, eg dangerous steps and split levels between bed and bathroom, which I emphasize are NOT the case at this great hotel.

The facilities and staff were excellent, and very welcoming. The restaurant was roomy and the food delicious. Unfortunately there was a 'Golf Presentation' taking place on the evening of our stay but it did not detract from a enjoyable meal.

The location has advantages and disadvantages. It is very close to the motorway and so convenient for a stopover going to or from the South, but the immediate surroundings are very much a building site in progress.

The room was clean and the decor was modern and fresh. Comfortable and professional staff, the restaurant was excellent.

The air conditioning was broken. The sign to inform us was in French and we weren't informed on check in or before hand. This was a massive disappointment. There was no offer of compensation. Having the window open caused me to be bitten severely by mosquitos, I get allergic reactions to them. Such a shame and made it uncomfortable. The staff were very apologetic in the morning but when we raised the concern in the evening we were told there was nothing they could do. No offer of a fan etc. If we had known we wouldn't have stayed there. If the air conditioning had worked this hotel would have been excellent.

Very modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was reasonably priced (we had a 3 course set meal for less than €30 each) and, although the choice was very limited, it was well cooked. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. You could have as much as you liked. Lift was larger than a normal French lift so no tight squeeze with the cases. Rooms are large and modern with tea and coffee maker. WC is separate from the bathroom which is useful if you share with someone who likes long showers. Lots of usb sockets to charge phones, tablets etc without using adaptors. There was plenty of parking.

Our gps/satnav could not pick up the street name for the hotel so we could not find it at first. I eventually googled the hotel name rather than the street and found a map which showed it to be beside the large hospital on the way in to the town on the D140. If you didn’t come by car it is quite some distance from the restaurants and shops in the town which could be a problem for some.

The hotel was easy to find and a convenient location for a first stop after taking the ferry to France. It was clean and comfortable with helpful, friendly staff.

The restaurant was not open on Monday's but the receptionist gave us a list of restaurants about 10km from the hotel. She recommended a good restaurant and booked a table for us - essential as it turned out as the place was very busy.
