Bed super comfy. Host very friendly. The room was ok for one person. The shower box wasn't large enough for me and I am not that tall, only 5'7. The shower nozzle could only be positioned horizontally, which I found a bit uncomfortable to point the stream down. The hot water is way too hot if you are not careful with the tap. I booked there because of the price and vicinity of where I was. The only think I would improve is the breakfast. It was full of cheese, but not ham or eggs or any other nutrient ingredients. There was only one croissant and a couple of plum-cakes. Not a lot of choices. Overall I was very satisfied even though of the few odds here and there. I slept very well for 12 hours and had a pleasant stay until I left early in the morning. I would recommend for a night or two.
Shower nozzle horizontal position only. Try to fix that and would be fine. Be careful with going all hot water because is deadly boiling. Point water mixer in the middle. Breakfast a bit lousy with only cheese and 1 croissant.

We booked this hotel at very short notice as we needed somewhere to stay after driving back to England from Italy. What an amazing little place! The room was a family room and was decorated beautifully and really clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Wish we could stay another night as we wanted to explore the little village where the hotel was located.

We had a top room which was newly decorated, and very pleasant. The town itself was beautiful little village. This was only our pit stop driving from Italy, and we were so surprised by the village and it's beauty.
I would have appreciated one extra pillow (softer) in a cupboard, for those who cannot get comfy!

It was in a very cute village at the bottom of a beautiful valley!.. it looked like there are a lot of outdoor activities Around to do but we were only there for a night. The property was brand new!.. So everything was super clean!.. It smelt like a new car!.. The triple room we had was fabulous with a large bathroom and a great shower! The hotel has 2 Restuarants!.. 1 attached to this hotel!..We ate in the larger one a 100 yards away from our hotel( our Restuarant was closed)!.. Food was great!..Breakfast is extra but there is a great bakery in the small square and coffee and tea facilities are available in the room!

Very nice quiet location used as a one night stopover en-route to Florence. Freindly staff with a nice welcome. Unfortunatley we missed breakfast as a change of our plan and timing meant we had to leave early. Would definatley stay again..

Lovely clean rooms, a comfy bed and great breakfast. Used for stopover on the way to skiing and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. Just wish i had a day to explore Poncin. Highly recommended.
