ibis Paris Place d’Italie 13ème

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, taking steps to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast had lots of choice and there was plenty of it, including left over baked goods and ice tea being available for the rest of the day. Bar area was bright and quiet, rooms very comfortable and clean. Lovely powerful shower with choice of rain shower or jet heads.

Mugs and a kettle in the room would have been lovely

- Very friendly, helpful and english speaking staff. - Cleanliness - Close to public transportations, restaurants and grocery store.

- The size of the room, it was a bit small almost no space to open the luggage. - No fresh dinner in the Hotel only preserved foods are available. - Only French speaking TV Channels.

Great location with easy metro and bus connections. Surrounded by cafés and restaurants too. Bed was comfy, room was very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was great too.

There was a faint yet unpleasant smell on our floor that lingered throughout our stay.

The location is very good, near the metro station. You can go easily everywhere. You can relax because there is silence. The staff was very kind and helpful and they all can speak English.

The breakfast was delicious, but it could be more choice.

Perfect location, metro stations just a few minutes walk away. Excellent access to the attractions of Paris. There are various restaurants and bars around (flavors from all over the world and plenty to choose from). Perfect, knowledgeable service. Very clean in the facility. An atmospheric place for breakfast, friendly service during the meal and delicious treats. I recommend it and we will gladly use it again :)

We wrongly assessed the size of the room, the next time we will take a bigger one when traveling with a child, our inattention;)

The staff was amazing, really nice and very helpful. From the cleaning ladies to the kitchen staff and the front desk, they were great. The breakfast was really good, the hotel is close to the metro stations and bus stations, a Carrefour is nearby and also a lot of really good restaurants. yes, the room is small, but is very clean, the bathroom is equipped with all what is need, it also has a hairdryer. The room is cleaned daily, the towels are changed every morning. Had a great stay.

Hotel is very very nice in terms of - location in a very quite region of Paris with nice cafe and supermarkets located nearby; - very helpfull hotel stuff; - excellent breakfast; - clean rooms; - close to metro;

All workers were really nice,the hotel is very close to the city center and fortunately it’s very quiet! We had a very nice time there! 🥰 And our room was perfect for the amount of time we spending there!

Great location, close to the metro and a nice quiet neighborhood. This stay was special because of the one person - Ahn, who was very friendly, warm and helped us a lot.

The hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The cleaning was made everyday, so the room was very clean, they changed also the towels every day. The area is well connected to the city center, bus and metro station are very close to the hotel. Nearby there are a lot of restaurants and bars.

The only thing that bothered us was that the AC didn't worked until the end of our staying. They offered to change the room but it seemed to much of effort for us, so we stayed without the AC.
