Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Comfortable roon, quiet location, liked having a desk to work at. Lovely area - residential with some fun places to explore nearby. 3 metro lines nearby - really not that "far out". I liked the neighbourhood very much

Quite a distance from metro lines - walking back at night wasn't enticing as the nearest stations closed early - so not as convenient to get back at night from central Paris/left bank.

The staff were very helpful especially the lady on reception when we were checking in. Beds were comfy and it was about 20 minutes walk from the zenith arena. There were plenty of towels and pillows. We had to leave at 06:30 and did manage to get some breakfast before leaving 😁

We couldnt get the aircon to work and there were no instructions - we couldn't get any of the plug sockets to work either so ended up sat in reception to charge our telephones. The area has a few shops and bars but didn't feel very safe when returning from a concert about 11pm.

The property had just reopened after renovations and everything was pristine. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Despite being away from the tourist centre, the location is actually great if you want to check out local gems in Paris and go off the beaten track. Another great thing about the location is proximity to all types of transport -- one minute away you have a Vélib station (the city's rental bikes), bus and metro. This makes it easy to go to any part of Paris. Being in the north-east of Paris it also makes it a shorter taxi ride to the airport (CDG) -- for us it was about 25 minutes on a Monday.

Everything was to our satisfaction.

I love the warm welcome at this hotel, how the staff help accommodate requests and the lovely residential neighbourhood, which has a homely feel. Proximity to RER at Rosa Parks makes it a v quick hop to Gare du Nord and max Dornoy, Crimee and stalingrad are all within a shortish walk giving access to multiple metro lines. Supermarkets and the amazing new Parks shopping centre with its multiple eateries and shops a five minute walk. Highly recommended

The room was nice, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was also very helpful and nice. The location is not in the center (1st arr/Les Halles) of the city but still inside the Peripherique and 20min away from center (1st arr/Les Halles) by metro. It is easily accessible with the metro. Carrefour supermarket is 7min away by walking and restaurants and brasseries are close by. Neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful. I liked it and recommend for other people to stay.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean room and fresh towels every day. The location was perfect for me because I was attending an arts festival in a near by venue and wanted something at walking distance but I also found it very easy getting into central Paris quickly by using the tube station near the hotel. I felt very safe in the area and there were lots of options for food nearby.

Maybe having an option to make some tea or coffee in the room would have been appreciated.

It's a small hotel with all the necessary 'trimmings' to make for a comfortable stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections was amazing and very affordable. Room was very clean and bedding and towels nice.

The room/location is quite noisy- the windows isnt 'sound proof' and the walls is quite thin- you can sometimes hear others. If traveling by metro etc, it is very far out from the main attractions in Paris.

I liked the location as lots of restaurants, close to metro, laundromats and grocery stores. I booked this location due to a family event so I needed this location but I appreciated that after I booked, the hotel made me aware that it was a bit of a commute to the tourist areas of Paris and I could cancel free of charge immediately if I had made a mistake.

Lovely, modest hotel, very clean and the helpful staff are all fluent in French and English. Cafe is open 0700 - 1000 daily. Read the description, no pool, no laundry on site. Love the location.

No laundry service but there is a laundrette just a few doors down.

It was a great price for a family of 4. The rooms were clean. And the staff were friendly and spoke English!

I would have preferred a tea point in the room and a fridge as it can get very hot in the summer in Paris. We only had breakfast at the hotel one day, it was not the best!
