The location is 20 minutes from the Chunnel. The property is easy to find on the main road through the village, but is well back from the road and very quiet. The welcome was very warm and the local knowledge of the host very helpful.

We arrived a little earlier than planned and the gates were closed, so we used the time to explore, but there's not much to see that's in walking distance. Next time we'll drive to the nearby nature reserve. We stayed outside the summer holiday and there were no local eateries open, so we had to drive into Gravelines to buy dinner.

Great location from euro tunnel and not far from dunkirk. Ideal stop over for European trips. Host extremely helpful with any questions you have.

Bed was quite low and hard. Maybe a preferential choice but not ideal for us. Walls were very thin so you can hear everything else going on and people having breakfast in the morning below you. Also alot of light shines under the door from outside as there is a large gap.

This was our second visit, great B/B they also do a delicious evening platter, the location is ideal for just coming over from a long drive from Wales UK, sets you up for a long drive through Europe, Also we stay there for the return journey, ready for a early channel tunnel crossing, the village has all you need, petrel station, ATM supermarket, bakers,

Nice house, spacious room, all very clean and comfortable bed. Host was very welcoming and helpful. It's only 20 minutes drive to the Eurotunnel terminal.

We only stayed one night and it was raining so didn't explore the surroundings but don't think it's walking distance to any restaurants etc. Saying that, very quiet and peaceful location.

Location was ideal. Just a short drive from Le Tunnel, close to a beach and a peaceful nature reserve. Great spot for exploring this area of the coast. We received a friendly welcome and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely grazing board and a couple of glasses of wine in our room in the evening (stayed 1 night) and a tasty continental breakfast outside with a variety of homemade and local products. We would definitely return.

Great location for an overnight near the ferry (Calais or Dunkirk) Excellent host, made sure we had all we needed. Recommended an excellent restaurant for supper and even phoned ahead to check that they could accommodate us. lots of delicious homemade treats at breakfast, jams, compotes, cake… yummy!

That we couldn’t stay longer….

This was a fabulous home about 20 minutes out of Calais so great if you have just come over the Channel crossing for a weekend. The owners were really friendly and helpful, they booked us a lovely restaurant in Dunkirk on request. A really pleasant experience all round

A hotel full of character and very convenient for either Calais or Dunkirk. Nature reserve nearby for relaxing walks. Lovely gardens. Very relaxing.

Curtains may have been better than a shutter to allow air flow through the room.

Breakfast was extensive and packed with homemade surprises. Excellent coffee. The room was ideal, with TV and Netflix, modern bathroom Host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thank you Cedric

I didn't like leaving.... we'll be back next year.

Very warm greeting from Cedric & Veronique and they recommended local restaurants and bars just to go for a drink. A lovely setting and nice garden to sit in .Breakfast was superb and homemade jam & bread and freshly squeezed orange juice . Thank you
