Location and staff were exceptional.

Facilities are a bit old and worn-out. The shower cabin was too small and uncomfortable even in a Superior Double Room. The wooden cover of the window fell down on the balcony during our stay.

The hotel is a bit outside of the main touristic area but still close to the sea. It makes it quiet in the morning so you can sleep a bit longer. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Some things in the rooms are a bit worn out. A nice message on the mirror in the bathroom, written by marker, says "Bienvenue". But when the steam covers the mirror you can also read "I see you", drawn by a finger. It is funny but also scary! Maybe it is better to simply wipe out the mirrors without any leaving any message.

Very well located, room freshly renovated and comfy. Staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everyone was friendly and happy to provide info and tips about the city. Breakfast was amazing and ideal to charge you up good for the day, even the ladies in the kitchen were super friendly. Overall it was pretty impress for the price and we’ll be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

Hotel location was very near to the beach and about 20 min walk to the city center and the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was tastefully decorated for christmas and refreshment was available upon guest arrival.

Room furniture (the wardrobe in our room) was a bit old and can be improved. The cleanness of room (floor) and bathroom can also be improved. Breakfast was good , but usually same option for the week we stayed at this hotel. (No variation). The internet connection was a bit annoying because you should enter some data everyday on each device.

Very nice breakfast good selection on offer. Excellent location very convenient for the tram stop from the airport and near the seafront

Bathroom was a bit shabby, door didn’t shut

Room was very clean and u have everything u want. Location is amazing and u can jump to tram which is 2 mins away to go anywehere, at the same time by 5 mins walking u are at the seaside at the amazing beach. Breakfast was 'ok' , however value for money for sure compared to eating outside.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was generous. The room was comfortable.

The hotel already needs renovation. It looked better on the pictures. The cleaning could be done better. Even the first night, just after check in , the room was not perfectly clean. There were some hair on the floor of the bathroom. The window in our room was really small, we couldn't see much from there.

the shower unit was tiny - not really functional at all - but fortunately there was a shower room on the ground floor so though not ideal we used that for the duration of our stay

All staff members were very friendly and supportive. On our daughter's birthday, they prepared special presents for her. The location is also good. Everyday we got clean beach towels at the reception and went to the beach by 5 min walk. There are many good restaurants if you walk 10 min towards the direction of the old town. From the airport, you can take a tram no. 2 to the nearby station. Very convenient. Also you can use the same line for going to the city centre.

Temp control of shower water was sometimes hard. It changed during the use. The door knob was rattling. The fridge didn't cool well... but these are all small things.

The staff is great! Very friendly, helpful and understanding with any question we had. Even if the room may seem a bit small, the beds are so comfortable and we were able to rest very well. The bathroom is spacious and clean. We also had a cute balcony from where we were able to admire a bit of the city architecture and feel the sea breeze as the hotel is situated close to the Promenade des Anglais. The breakfast was fresh, varied and tasty each morning and also we appreciated a lot the fact that in our last morning they had everything prepared starting 6:30am, as we had an early flight. Thank you for everything and for sure when we will be back to Nice, we will book at Locarno.
