Location was great, staff and everything was very clean.

Can get very noisy depending what room you have due to walls being paper. We got woken up at 4am by next door face timing Americans.

I really liked this small property. Charm charm charm!! If you are expecting a 24 hour reception, this is not for you. This place is all about comfort and location. Great for solo You need to notify when you are arriving and they meet you for check in. Once checked in , you are on your own which I like. The staff is wonderful! The room was very clean. They had water in mini fridge. My only slight complaint was the bed was so soft but some love that so it’s all personal preference The shower was great. There is a lift as it on 3 floor. I had a balcony room which was amazing. Right overlooking the lively pedestrian street When u close the windows, the sound from streets was minimal. I had no trouble sleeping I thought the price for the room/location was excellent It can be a bit mysterious to find as I was looking for large sign but the hotel name plaque is small on side of door/wall ( just a note for future travellers) Coffee shop right downstairs opens early and great cappuccino. Tons of restaurants. You are in center of everything!! The ac worked good although I had a slight issue I absolutely would stay here again!!

The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. With the window closed there was very little noise from outside the hotel. The air con worked well. Located a few steps from the Masséna, and on a lively street full of restaurants and shops. And a short walk to the sea and to the old town. The nearest Tram stop from the airport is Jean Médicin, the nearest tram stop to the main train station or to Port Lympia is around 100m. Any small problem we had was quickly remedied. The receptionist was extremely helpful and easy to chat to, she let us leave our luggage on departure day until we left around 11am.

Not that we didn't like but could easily be remedied, a towel rail to hang the larger towels so they can dry more easily. Even a clothes maid would be handy to dry bathing suits and beach towels. A larger shelf in the bathroom with a lip to stop things falling off so easily. A luggage rack to store a suitcase. I think we stayed longer than the average traveller. Possibly some baskets or something on the storage/hanging area for smaller items like underwear so they don't fall off as there isn't a back or edges so we ended up leaving our clothes in our cases. There was occasional inside noise people returning, mainly door key noise – this is bound to wake you up for a bit because you are not used to it.

The location of this property cant be directly reached by a taxi but it is very very close to a taxi pickup and drop off location. The instructions to get to the hotel were excellent with an easy to follow picture. The member staff at the hotel was excellent, very friendly, very helpful and was very informative about the are. The location of the hotel is great, right by all the bars and restaurants but the rooms are far enough away where you don't hear any noise. The room we were given (as we booked last minute) was a little small but was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. The other rooms seemed a lot more spacious but it wasn't an issue for us as it was so nice.

The lift is a little small but that was the only issue. The hotel, staff and room were all excellent.

Great location, super friendly staff

I underestimated the noise from the main shopping/resto street. With the windows closed it was ok but I was still happy to have earplugs to limit the djembe at midnight and beeping from delivery trucks early in the morning..

It was the perfect relaxing 2 night stay for a digital nomad that is exploring. The room could use a more comfortable chair but I switched from bed to chair, depending on the times I was in meetings. But aside from that, it is in a perfect location! You leave the property and you’re in the middle of all the fun! Restaurants, shops, beach! It’s perfect! They even let me check in earlier which was such a nice gesture!

I don’t have anything negative to say! Just that the chair should be a little more comfy but that is nothing negative and easily can be replaced.

The staff at the hotel very extremely helpful, our flight was cancelled and the staff helped to facilitate an early check in for our morning flight the following day. Then on the day of our departure there were public transport strikes which made it difficult for us to transfer to the airport however the staff helped call around local taxis and Ubers to find us the cheapest method of transport. The room itself was a very good size and very comfortable, it had everything we needed and was very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is very central and is only a short walk to the promenade and other sights/attractions. There is an abundance of restaurants where the hotel is located and we will definitely look to stay here again when we visit!

The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff are really friendly and super helpful. We had a balcony overlooking the street which was fantastic. Be aware when booking that there are two rooms with balconies (unknown to us when we booked) - one overlooking the street and the other overlooking the back of the building. We were initially given the room at the back but luckily the front one was available the following day and the receptionist very kindly offered to move us. We loved the room and would definitely book again.

What a fantastic place to stay. From our arrival in Nice they guided us through their late check in with ease. They called us in the Uk and text us with all the details we required to enter the hotel. The room was small as expected and very neat and tidy. Both the room and the on suite were immaculate. The following days we met the staff who couldn’t do enough to help us and make our stay in Nice as good as possible. Rooms cleaned daily and towels etc changed. Location ideal for both city events and a 5 min walk to the beach. I’ll definitely be back and I’d give my unreserved recommendation for this hotel.

Great location. Very clean. Helpful staff. Swift communication via Booking platform. And they made my room ready almost two hours before the actual check-in time - at 13.00!!!

The room had a picture indicating a front view, but it had a court view (also very pleasant). A creamer to coffee/tea would be appreciated.
