Hotel Ibis Budget Nancy Centre

Breakfast was included in our booking and the variatey was ok for a budget hotel. The coffee was very good. Parking in the garage requires reservation which worked for us. The garage is quite narrow but it is manageable. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

The rooms are really very narrow. We had a tripple room. Additionally the sink is in the room and not in a separate one. In the morning this gets a bit difficult with 3 people. More hooks to place the towels for drying after usage would be nice. Of course I am aware that I booked a budget hotel and the price per night comes at some consequences on comfort. So the value vs. price was still ok for us as we only stayed 2 nights. For longer stays I certainly would invest more for a bigger room.

Value for money. I appreciated also kind communication with the staff member at the reception who, having kids himself, immediately understood that we are probably tired after a trip and a screaming baby on the hands is no peanuts - gave us tips of the closest restaurants and a discount coupon for one of them just around the corner (100 patates - turned out to be a nice place indeed). Breakfast is fine for a budget place - no eggs, but pancakes n mostly sweet stuff only.

A narrow staircase from the garage - carrying a stroller up is a fitness exercise. Be ware of a 2m high ceiling in the garage - for some tall cars might be an issue to park in the garage, our VW multivan just fit. Also quite some light comes in the room at night - curtains are not tight, there's light from below and around the door from the hall and some funny led lights mounted on the wall that emanate some light even if it's switched off, so take your mask to sleep.

The best thing about the hotel is that very predictable since Ibis follows the same standard everywhere. The price was good. The breakfast was very good and not expensive. The hotel is just in front of a place with many restaurants.

We had to wait several minutes (more than 30 minutes) to make our check-in because the previous client had some issue that we didn't know. I would say that would be better if seeing that the situation with the client was complicated, the employee could make our check-in quickly and continue later with the complicated case. The next tram station is not so close. It was coming some strange smell from some place that we couldn't identify (air conditioner or bathroom)

This is a hotel that I does budget right. Nothing fancy, but everything neat, clean, and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and able to provide useful visitor information. There was also secure bicycle storage right on the ground floor, which was accessible 24-7. I look forward to staying here again!

Indoor parking excellent, and the room clean and room facilities working. A nice continental breakfast.

Very tricky hotel to find as Ibis hotel signage not huge and visible when driving a car. Too steep stairs from car parking to hotel, and a lot of them to carry suitcases up. The car park exit shutter would not work for the car in front of mine, so had to share the code to get out. The bed was firm.

The room was great for a single person. The bed was very comfortable. Nice choices for breakfast.

Some German and English TV channels would have been great. The inhouse parking was all full, I had to park in a public parking, not far away, but it adds time to repark during the processes of loading and unloading the luggage (minor issue).

Great location, by the water front. Nice 15 minute walk to the city center. Quite and clean. The staff was very helpful and informative.

Parking is underground. Need to walk up one staircase to ground level with luggage. Need two code to leave the premises. One to enter the parking garage from the Hotel, the other to open the car exit gate. Interesting!

Staff & check-in great. Room was basic as expected & clean. We were allowed to park our motorcycles at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was 7 euro but ample.

Drains we're quite smelly. The bed was hard and you only get one pillow.

Everything went well. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast could be better, with little effort. Some lactose-free alternatives could be proposed and some more fruit, for example.

Central and everything correct.

Not being able to park in the parking lot. We asked to park in the same street the night from Saturday to Sunday at 6:00 a.m. and the person at the reception told us no. The next day everything was full of cars.
