Clean, very helpful staff, they even provide earplugs. I like it that bathroom is shared by only three people in the female dorm room! Internet works great, location very central

Everyone has a super bright lamp at the bed, so when someone leaves it on its a bit difficult to fall asleep. Pillow is not the best Communal area is not very social

The cuisine was fully equipped and you even could cook your meal or breakfast. The laundry also helped✌

The things I liked was that it was just down the road from the port. And there was shops right next to the place. Staff was very helpful.

The things I did not like was the beds. They where metal bunk beds ment for kids not adults 😒. The room that I stayed in had a very old shower and the toilet was high up seemed as if it was a disabled toilet. Could do with bathroom remodelling. Plus don't forget the bar that was right underneath my room so noisy you can't sleep

Really great location, with a grocery story right around the corner, less than 5 minutes walking down to the port. Felt safe and secure with a 24/7 reception and they helped me when I needed assistance. Two kitchens and both had all working and good amenities. The room was very clean and felt safe throughout the whole stay.

There wasn’t a lot I didn’t like about the property, the only thing was that the ramp in the main communal area was really loud to walk on so whether someone was walking you could hear them walking on the ramp cause of the squeaks and oldness of it.

Spacey dorms, 24h reception, discounts for drinks at a nearby pub, nice friendly staff. The location is over the top, central but quiet. There are common spaces where you can meet other travellers. The dorm bathroom was also quite large and the toilet is separate which allows you to avoid waiting to use it. This is a very nice place indeed!

Breakfast is a bit below expectation. It was diverse enough I guess but the bread was stale. That's pretty bad for bakery paradise France.

The location is great! Close to the metro and several bus routes, with many restaurants and bars right outside of the hostel. The hostel has a young and friendly vibe which is great if you are travelling alone and want to meet people. They even have a whatsapp group for the guests where you chat with everyone and make plans! There is also a kitchen that is great for long stays, and a patio where you can hangout during the day. They also have a baggage room where you can leave your bags after your check out if you have a later flight.

They have a restaurant/bar but unfortunately is only open some of the days, which didn't coincide with my stay, so I didn't get to try it.

Amazing location, the Old Port is 3min walk away. Bus stations nearby and quite easy to go around. I went to the wonderful Prado beach, and it was so easy to reach it from the port. The staff is so helpful and available 24/7.

The AC in the rooms is always on and if you cannot get the bed that is away from the AC, then it might be a problem. I asked the staff to increase the temp, and they did, but you'll still have ppl in the room who are fine with it. Thus, the cover was not enough for me, and the pillow was too low.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location, very central to the port. Loved the large, open, airy dorms, very clean and comfortable. Met some great people and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have valued the option for a later check out. Not a dislike, but felt there could have been a few more tables and chairs to sit in the courtyard in the nice weather.

I spent 5 nights and next time i will visit Marseille i will sure stay in your hostel. The staff are very friendly, helpful. easy check in and check out within seconds everything is done. Location is great near everything. Good rooms area. Clean rooms with 2 kitchens to cook your food. To be honest everything was great. Wish to visit again soon. Wish to see again the German girl with most beautiful smile

Honestly nothing

The location is marvelous, with plenty of things to see and do nearby. The hostel itself is very clean and tastefully designed, with a very spacious room and a whopping 3:8 bathrooms:person ratio. The common area, staff, and bar were nice and pleasant, making the overall trip quite memorable.

The great space and unique design in the room serves as both a blessing and a curse, as if someone were to climb the wooden stairs during the night without much concern to the others, it would cause quite a bit of noise. One thing I was particularly disappointed with was the breakfast during one of the days. Admittedly, it was partly my fault, as I had arrived during the last half hour, but there was only one piece of bread available for me that morning (among the other options in the buffet). When inquired about it, the staff simply said that it's gone and didn't do anything with regards to it.
