Best Western Lyon Saint-Antoine

Ideal location - easy walking distance to the old town, Bellecour, Hotel de Ville etc and tons of great bars and restaurants ! The room and bathroom were both on the small side but had everything we needed including a kettle, and an iron and ironing board were available to borrow from reception. Staff were helpful and we did use the laundry service which was pricey but quick. Air con in the room was also good.

The staff here was very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was good with a number of options to select from. The best part of my stay was just how clean the room was. I actually saw my reflection on the sink and shower faucets.

There are only 2 negatives - the first is the weird elevator situation. You select your floor but upon disembarkment you have to go up or down about 6 steps to get to your actually floor; and the second is the harsh lighting in the bedrooms. It was bright white but the bathroom had warm yellow.

Travelled with our granddaughter and thoroughly enjoyed four nights stay, staff were friendly, and accommodated our request to have our rooms together! Absolutely perfect location. Fabulous cafe practically on our doorstep that served great breakfasts, and scrumptious food in general. Would definitely recommend BWLSA and we would also choose to stay there again.

The location was excellent, close to many of the tourist sites and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was also very clean and quiet with great AC.

No dislikes at all, but a suggestion for your older guests. It would be very helpful if there was a grab bar in the shower or a rubber bath mat. We both almost slipped in the tub because it was very slippery.

We had the family apartment, and it was a really substantial size - fantastic for a family of four. Enabled us to cook meals when we wanted, and to spread out as needed.

There weren't any tea towels to dry dishes, and there was no clothes rack to dry clothes (we didn't want to use the dryer, as it would shrink clothes).

Good location. Comfortable bed . Modern and clean

Had a problem with the toilet door not shutting. Staff already knew about it . Temporary wedge arrangement not ideal and the wedge was removed by cleaners meaning we had to go looking for help with this a second time

Unbeatable location, old renovated building, nice sound isolation even though the hotel is on a busy part of the city. Very comfortable overall!

The room deco is a bit outated, the bathroom is not ventilated so it can get very humid.

The staff were verry nice and smiling all the time. The location was exeptional, near restaurants, shopping, historical locations..

The elevator does not take straight to your floor, you have take the stairs, with the laggages it is stressful.

The location cannot be beat. It is near a pedestrian bridge to vieux lyon and is around the corner from a restaurant district on presque il.

Our room was very small but such is to be expected in an old building
