Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean, breakfast buffet, the croissant was very good! The hotel was very accessible, 10min walk to the Sanctuary. Room air-condition was great, hot water is abundant. We slept comfortably.

It would have been nice if there was an electric kettle in the room, even a small one, and mugs of course. Because we went down every morning in the reception area to get hot water for our coffee from the kitchen facilities beside the concierge.

A group of motorcyclist overnight in Lourdes, never been before and not likely to return, Hotel was great as were the staff. We were room only, they were comfortable and clean, staff chatty. En route via the Pyrenees to Pamplona we decided Lourdes was a place to visit, it was mobbed by hordes of children, young adults and tourists. Hotel was far enough away yet close enough to walk to the “attractions”....... Plenty places to eat out, good variety of cuisine.

Nothing put us off the Hotel, it was functional and clean, would we go back to the Hotel, yes but not Lourdes!

Room was spotlessly clean. Couldn't fault it it that way. They held our luggage after check out so we could sight see without dragging it around. Great location. 10 mins walk to the Grotto. lots of little tourist shops and cafes within about 5 mins walk

Breakfast was disappointing. Continental breakfast was what was sold but there was no cereal , only croissants. No tea, tables were only set as we arrived in

Good Internet WIFI. Quiet room (604) - not noisy. The staff was polite and helpful. I didn't mind the 15-minute walk on the riverside to reach Lourdes Grotto- the view is lovely on sunny days.

I checked the breakfast and I decided to avoid it as it was poor for 9 euros. Room (604) does not have much light as the window is small. The cleaner came between 3 pm and 4 pm while I was trying to sleep.

15 minutes (walk) to the main areas of Lourdes; The rooms were clean and spacious (5 individuals) Price was very reasonable; The kindness and professionalism of the staff were excellent!

Nothing. We had a comfortable stay I would advice to go early to lock on parking :)

A nice hotel, good location. I found a hair in my towel and it kinda puts me off about the cleanness. Good wifi, parking not in the front as it was full most of the time, but there's 300 free parking places around the hotel

A kettle should be available in every room. It was very inconvenient to go to the reception to have some hot water to make a coffee.

Very clean and comfortable with connecting room for 3 teens. Good breakfast and within walking distance of river, restaurants, shops and grotto. Free parking is available when hotel is not full.

Staff were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. The bonus was their English was excellent.

There is nothing that stands out to say I didn’t like.

Everything. The room offers a nice view over the river. Walking distance to the attractions. Tub in the bathroom. There s air-conditioning and hair dryer. Beds are super comfy
