Staff tried to accommodate my needs. Dinner in restaurant was nice. Room was spacious enough.

It would have been good to have some orientation about where I was, and how to use public transport if I didn't know, eg, a bus service was near, but where could I buy a 3 day ticket? The separate toilet had no wash basin, and the door to it and the bathroom were not functionally positioned. Restaurant was overpriced and barely offered vegetables (no salad and no vegan/vegetarian options). I walked to St Pierre des Corps for a salad one night, because I didn't know that Leclerc (opposite) was a shopping centre. I even got a salad at McDonald's. Again, orientation would have been helpful (especially as they knew I was from Australia).

The kind of hotel you just want to spend some time at. I walked in thinking: did I really pay the rate that I paid because it seems like a more expensive place. Very nice accommodations, which seemed recently renovated. Big rooms with split bathroom and amenities like a safe, fridge, closet, etc. Excellent breakfast with a rather good selection.

There was something going on in the hotel around midnight that involved loud music, which woke me up despite wearing earplugs.

We stayed two nights at this brand new clean comfortable hotel. If you want a comfortable bed, huge shower and clean room this is perfect! We loved our stay and definitely recommend it. Everything was great!

The only thing that we didn’t like about this hotel was that it is located in a very industrial part of town and there weren’t any restaurants close by. They have a very expensive restaurant onsite which we didn’t try but I’m sure it is very eloquent and delicious. we were glad to have the grocery nearby and we found lots of good healthy food to keep us fed for two days.

Great hotel, very modern and comfortable, with great amenities (sauna, pool and gym were easily accessible and very nice to have). Room was clean and beds are very comfortable. The pool, sauna and gym were easily accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful in giving advice on touristic objectives nearby. Location, though outside the city, is nevertheless good: there is a bakery nearby, an asian restaurant and a big supermarket with shops around - all within walking distance.

There are no more glass glasses, only paper glasses.

New modern place, everything is shiny and clean. A comfortable stop over for travelers who are looking to explore Loire valley, or continue direction Bordeaux . Spacious room, comfortable bed and modern shower room. Nice addition is the Nespresso machine in the room. Restaurant and swimming pool are adding value too.

I think policy of charging a deposit of 150 Euro as non damage warranty will push away some travelers. This is a kind or rare practice nowadays and may cause annoyance. Anyhow hotel has guest credit card details and conditions for damage might be set and signed at the time of check in.

Great hotel with very good facilities and the outside terrace for the restaurant was good as was the food. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The setting is not ideal as it is in an industrial area but this was not a problem and the hotel was very convenient and great for an overnight stay. I misunderstood the reason for a 150 Euro credit card advance authorisation and in the event it was not a problem and I think it was just to protect the hotel from guests trying not to pay.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, aircon working wonderfully during the 38 degrees heatwave. Small but refreshing Pool, functional gym, had a great massage from the spa sauna also . The restaurant dinner was actually very good and let me order/eat later than advertised. Felt a lot nicer inside than many higher cost town hotels. If you have access to bikes, great entry point to the Loire valley route to tours or Amboise.

First room right beneath some kind of extractor fan outlet, could hear noise in room, but moved to another which was perfectly quiet at other end of building. Location is in a retail park way out of town - not possible to walk to anywhere really - great location if you're driving but not ideal for pedestrian travellers. Rented a bicycle which was in need of some TLC, discovered only later that the lights don't work which led to an small accident as tried to navigate my way home in the pitch black dark and fell down a hole..

We were lucky in that we got an on the spot room upgrade which was a bonus but even so this is very definitely a 4 star hotel worthy of a central city location. The room was fantastic, large, airy, and very well furnished - almost brand new and a neutral tasteful look. The wifi was a boon and we had a great night's rest en route. What we hadn't expected was that the restaurant downstairs would be so good too. We ended up dining in and had a great meal, with excellent service. Though to be fair the reception team were equally welcoming and helpful. We would definitely come back and look out for this brand again.

We knew when we booked but it's not possible to easily get to central Tours. Not the fault of the hotel just a fact. We did take a great bike ride along a cycle track beside the Loire pre dinner which was great.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, silent airco, giant comfortable beds, big bathroom, clean, new. All was top. Swimming pool had a nice temperature.

Breakfast is overpriced for what it is. It's more a simple traditional French breakfast without vegetables etc. Also dinner was not worth value for money compared to what the neighborhood has to offer. But understandable for this type of hotel. All in all super hotel, will definitely stop again if we drive through.

Brand new hotel. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable beds. No noise whatsoever. Clean and spacious bathroom. Airco nice and cool but not too cold. Kind staff. Nice pool. Convenient parking. Taste food in restaurant was great. Nice breakfast. Plenty of food. Nice staff in restaurant evening and night. Convenient location. Near highway and next to big supermarket.

Only 2 cups of coffee with just 2 chachets of sugar in the room considering the extra price for a coffeemaker in the room a more generous supply would be in place. Not much too choose from on the menu in the restaurant. No veal dish for adults. Not very common dishes. Just a simple dish would be nice after a long day travelling.
