The property was modern and full of interesting things invoking game and film. We loved the mezzanine in our room, perhaps common in France but not so much in England so we really enjoyed making the most of it. We loved the Photo Booth in the reception. The property was lovely and clean which made us feel very comfortable. The staff were amazing and spoke very good English which made a stressful evening a little less difficult.

We would have appreciated one more bottle of water in the room, or a larger bottle than the one that was in there. Perhaps one more coffee as there was only one. Although, if we had asked at reception I’m sure we could have got more.

The room was so much better than I was expecting...vibrant, cheery and everything was like new...and supremely clean. The pool was a nice bonus and also very clean both in the water and around. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They seemed to understand my French but were happy to switch to English where needed. Plenty of free parking under the shade of the trees and easy to find. The perfect base for me to get to my various work commitments but would also make a great stop-over for visiting Bergerac and the surrounding area.

I would prefer a proper hairdryer with a nozel which has more power and direction control than the wall attached one but it just about did the job. I'd advise to bring your own travel one if you have an important function to be at.

Conveniently located close to the airport and just out of Bergerac centre. Good free parking on site. Very welcome air conditioning. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was good value with a choice of drinks, bread, home baked cake, cereals, yoghurt and cold meat/cheese.

Great location ideal to explore area. Basic but value for money . Lovely pool. Use of Board games and a Photo Booth we’re encouraged for entertainment .

An unusual set up as between 11&4pm the hotel felt ‘shut down’ . The message was this was for cleaning etc and seemed to be the daily routine. Also no provision for drinks/ snack’s between these times

We only stayed 1 night. Staff was friendly and very helpful on the phone before arrival. Breakfast was a supplement but a nice buffet display. Family room was spacious. Nice bar and food on offer next door. Hundreds of games were available to play with and an outdoor pool but we didn't unfortunately have time to enjoy these. It was almost too much on offer for 1 night stay but we needed somewhere close to the airport.

The room was cold and the walls are clearly thin as you could hear other guests' moves and talks early morning

Very friendly staff. Close to Bergerac and Monbazillac. Simple but tasty evening meal. Great for dogs comfortable rooms. Nice terrace. Handy for overnight stay when travelling through France

I was unable to open a window to get fresh air ( there was air con but it's not the same) We couldn't use the swimming pool due to a college group which was a shame as it was a lovely afternoon.

hotel located in quiet and peaceful place. this hotel is good for family as there are many kinds of board games. We had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. Asian cuisine (fried rice) is not recommended.

Having had to stay an extra night due to a flight delay, I was able to quickly book via the app. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The price for the overnight accommodation, set menu dinner and breakfast seemed on the high side. The shampoo dispenser in my bathroom was empty, but luckily I had my own.

Lovely family operation, restaurant menu very good , service efficient with a smile. For the late get upper's dont worry about finding a depleted breakfast buffet, everything is reprovisioned as needed....
