Great communication from the reservation team. Access instructions were accurate and were easy to follow. The room is now looking a bit dated but was spotlessly clean, well thought out and very comfortable. Having check out up to 12.00 is a great bonus. There are two nearby supermarkets opened until at least 22.00 every day and the main Turku station is minutes away on the same street. Just remember that there is no cutlery or plates in the room should you wish to heat food in the microwave or do a diy breakfast in the morning.

As the hotel is located on the upper floors of a building which has a small entrance the lighting in that area and around the keypad isn’t great at night.

the bathroom was clean, as well as facilities in General and room on arrival. temperature was warm, which I liked. compact design. very handy location in town center.

wifi connection was spotty. I would turn off time-to-time. Toiletries were lacking. At least put a clear warning that toiletries only include liquid soap. the bed was quite uncomfortable. especially pillows.

1. The room and bathroom were very clean, decorated in a simple, modern style. 2. Bed was comfortable, water and shower pressure outstanding. 3. Fridge, microwave, kettle, decent dryer in the room. 4. We like the self-service concept - it is simple and convenient. 5. Great location of the facility - close to everything.

The only, a bit troublesome drawback was wi-fi, from time to time it broke the connection completely.

- Quick and easy check-in and check-out procedure. - The room is big and clean. - Bed and chairs are very comfortable. - Included items (mini fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle, ...) are useful for a multiple-day stay. - Hotel is close to the city center, which is very convenient in terms of transportation.

- Wifi network is unstable which can have a big impact on people who stay at the hotel for work purpose. - Included coffee and tea are not good. - No way to call either room service or hotel emergency numbers. - Meals are not included in the booking.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station . This is a 3 star hotel with comfortable bed and Good shower room. All floors have lift access. The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge . The TV had local channels and the Wifi was good.

A couple of plates, some glasses and cutlery could have been provided to go with the microwave and fridge.

There wasn't any breakfast. I would like to have a map and some information of the city, not only use my Phone (it's a little bit boring to stare the phone all the time).

The shower, it was very nice, but there was water allmost all over the bathroom because the floor was so flat that the water could not drain away fast enough.

Good loccation - about 11min walk from train or buss station. To the center of Turku about 10min walk. Around a lot of cafe and shops -from 2min up to 7 min walk. You will have in your room the microwave owen, fridge, el.kettle and some coffee. Very good access into hotel during 24 hours by key code.

All you need if you are in Turku for business. Independent, quiet, good, reliable wi-fi. Working space, practical lighting. Microwave oven and a kettle with enough tea and coffee.

No single plate or nife if you want to make your own breakfast. Our room had no daylight which was quite depressing and felt claustrophobic.

Very good location

Lack of contact with the hotel staff (no reception, contact exclusively via email and SMS, access to the hotel via codes sent by SMS). Lack of information on where to find pillows and coverlets for fold-out couches. Finally, we found them.

Good spacious room. Great location.

The sewage in the shower was stuck, so the bathroom flooded while taking a shower.
