Very friendly and helpful staff Food was actually pretty good with wide variety. Please try the local food that is served. It is really tasteful! Rooms were kept tidy.

Overall the place is pretty old compared to what is currently build. It needs a good update. The local currency EGP is not accepted to pay for trips, taxis or tips. Instead they expect euro’s and you to bring lots of them.

The resort is beautiful and also the rooms are good and big. The breakfast is really good and with huge choice

If you don't like the All Inclusive formula and reserve bed &breakfast as we did, is really difficult to get something to eat. The restaurant is not organised for this. The restaurant is full of people who go eating all together (almost all Italians with the All inclusive plan) , noisy and too hot. Air conditioning didn't work in the restaurant nor in the reception and they don't put fans. The beach is nothing special, really disappointing. In the room, the air conditioning of the living was not working.

The highlight was the private bay which is excellent for snorkeling, there are turtles, you can see them when you get away from the corals. This beach is across the road, very short distance and is nice and tidy. There is also a good dive center. Family room is spacious and clean. A nice outdoor seating area infront of the lobby. More than one swimming pool. Overall it was a good value of money. The breakfast egg station chef Zeyad زياد was polite.

No Kittel. AC is noisy. No bathroom amenities refill. Food in breakfast is below average, coffee not drinkable. TV has only 7 channels all in Italian.

The location , staff, animation team , the food all were excellent.

The infrastructures were poor, the AC was not working , although we sought maintanace several times, there was some issues at the toilet also was not maintained

after spending three days in Marsa alarm, I was very lucky to stay at this hotel due to the location. all of the beaches you see on the Internet for the best Reefs are next to this hotel even if you stay in a lodge apartment he will end up paying more money. This hotel is excellent value for money because you get dinner and breakfast Marsa Alarm is very small. This is the best location value for money. also get to see the famous Karim la, big Mac !

All the workers and hotel staff are wonderful and always aiming to satisfy the guests, especially Mohamed Mohani and Karim in the reception and Alaa in the restaurant. All the workers are very friendly. Aurora's strength is the strength of the rest of the hotels. The way guests are treated The food is very good and varied The animation is great

Nothing to dislike

value for money! Paying 38€/night for all-inclusive was a good deal. The room is outdated and thus felt a bit dirty even was clean. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was varied, plentiful and tasteful. The beach front snacks/food can easily be skipped. I just could not understand serving drinks, especially beer, in 1dl plastic cups. Total waste of nature and irritating having to run up and down between the bar and the lounger/seat. The staff was very helpful and always around. The resort was quick to response any of my written queries. My transfer picked me up at 5pm on my last day and I was allowed to take advantage the facilities until then even I had already checked out. Highly appreciated. With my cleanliness standards I would not use the pools, but I suppose it was more to do with seeing the guests using it. Different nationals have different attitudes. The clientele was mainly Polish and German middle aged or elderly people (package tours). It was quite quiet, but I could imagine it might get noisy when crowded. The resort is middle of nowehere, so nothing there besides the resort, private beach and diving centre. Spa is overpriced.
