Sea, beach, hotel design, beds, and a large balcony. Also, it is close to Hurghada city center, Marina, Go Bus station, and the airport. Tea, and coffee facilities in the room, welcoming fruit, and helpful staff. The room has a mini fridge. It helps for saving your water cold when you are out of the room. The sea is really brilliant. You do not need to attend a submarine tour. Take your goggles or snorkel for swimming with excellent sea life. In the afternoon there is an ice cream, juice, and coffee/tea service, I really liked the service. You do not need to bring your beach towel. The hotel gives you. And there are many activities in the brother hotel Sunny Days Palacio. You can join freely. The especially Russian dance team was awesome! Every night they have a different show.

I wrote an explanation for my reservation for a quiet room but the staff had not cared about it. My first night was really terrible. A room was given in front of the pool and has a garden. Every single people laughed and sang all night long. In the early morning gardeners arrived. I was really shocked. They changed my room after all this happened. You should be aware of free internet in the lobby only. I strongly recommend getting a sim card for your roaming at the airport. The breakfast was the same but enough. There must have more cheeses and olives.

Beds were comfy and good, Staff was good and always nice, location was great and beach was clean and nice. Also programs were nice

We had a big but quite old rooms, and therefore bathroom was quite needing renovation. We were bored with the same food almost every day. Menu was not changing that much and fish was always one type which i did not like.

+ the bay with private beach is really top, idilic + tasty architecture (with arabic elements) of the resort + excellent staff (special thanks to Mohamed at the reception, he is great) + good position between the Marina and the old town

- the organisation of the restaurant (too many waiting lines, food could be more local and nutritious, now and then there is an employee at the restaurant that is angry with all the world… but I don’t want to lower the grade of the staff because of these few persons, since all the rest of the staff is exceptionel) - there could be less sellers on the beach trying to sell you trips (more expensive then the same ones online) - taxi service is way too expensive compared to other taxi companies - wifi issues

We had a very nice time in this hotel, my daugther enjoy the shows, the pools and the beach. the best part is that you have access to 2 hotels, Palma de Mirrete and El Palacio. Thank you for everything.

Everything you need will be there long beach, clean pools ,animation is amazing, staff are nice. You have the access to the 3 sunny days hotels .

The bar at the pool was really awesome. Had a great view from the room. And overall it was a good experience.

Sometimes the waitress were too much. They were kind and all, but they didn't understand that we don't want anymore food or sweets, and could feel that they bring all these for a tip.

So upon arriving to this hotel i was very politely greeted by Ghareb, mahmoud and mostafa who all went out of their way to welcome me and make sure I was satisfied with the hotel. I was given a free upgrade on my room which was an extra bonus. The food was ok (for the price of the hotel nobody can complain) What made my stay exceptional was the high level of service received by the staff, really the level of respect i haven't seem before in Any Egyptian hotels. Everything very convenient. Breakfast was really good. Great value and very close to some nice corals great for snorkeling.

Dinner options seemed very German which I'm not a fan of and weren't bad but not particularly good

The food was great, the room was okay. I enjoyed my stay with my family a lot and would repeat my stay in the future. A big thank you for Perry in the reception for being so helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the bathroom and the fact that there wasn't any lifts. I had to hold my baby pram twice every place.

food was great, all inclusive with great variety of food. Thank you for room upgrade with double and single bed and sea view. Great was check out at noon. Bcause we arrived after midnight, very nice was we got something to eat and we did not have to wait for morning for rhe child it was great). Staff was friendly and helpfull, one heated pool with slides in February was also great (sea was really cold because of winter season and it was windy). We had great place by the pool where it was not windy. room was cleaned every day.

the shower in our room was used, old, not nice looking. The water pressure was low and slow, but they fixed it after the call. Also the beds were not comfortable, the matresses were encaved, soft, probably old or not such good quality, maybe only in our room.
