Nile view and the roam size

When i ask the receptionist for roam availability he said "sorry the hotel is fully booked and all roam is totally sold out" Then I tried to check at Booking I found availability then I book one night (as a tril) The receptionist surprised and he contacted with some one to close the Booking. And he ask me try to extend one night more. I found the Booking sold out. And when I ask for extend through him he also refused. Thay not like to coperate with booking customer. It was very bad 👎

nice hotel with friendly staff , good restaurants on site.. enjoyed everything except swimming pool area.

I would not recommend this hotel for a western family stay with children .. very disappointed with swimming pool- always surrounded by so many smoking men, making very uncomfortable feeling to use the pool with family - not family friendly at all around ski pool area . Also, smoke smell everywhere in the corridor, lift etc.. casino & club (onsite )attracts different type of residents - avoid if you are looking to stay with family & children

Hotel is amazing, staff are helpful, and the view of the room are exceptional.

The staff at the concierge desk are not helpful and some of them are not paying attention to me when I encountered them at different times to ask for a help. Second, cars have to queue for long time to reach the lobby entrance after security pass as it seems there is a lack in handling this area. Last, during my stay there was a fight between a staff member and 02 guests at the hotel entrance, I think the staff might!! decided to take his right against guest by himself due to the management are not supporting thier staff rights and being in guest side always.

The check in was smooth. The room was nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I understand that there are many weddings, especially since we were there for a wedding ourselves. However, it was difficult to sleep because of the loud music from the parties. It would have been great to have more sound-proofing in the rooms.

This hotel is modern and located in a mall area. The room was furnished very nicely with products. There was even a loofah as well as a shoe cleaner. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so many choices.

The staff was just okay. We waited a while to be greeted by the front desk clerk. There were 3 men working but none of them but no one took the time to acknowledge us. After waiting for at least 5 minutes, someone finally said hello to us. The room key did not work the first time and we had to come back down which was a bit of a hassle since we were tired and on the 14th floor. We got room service for one meal. My husband got a beer but there was no opener. We had to call back down and get one set up. These were minor issues but a bit of a hassle.

Fairmont Nile City exceeded what I have expected. The staff, every one of them, made our three-nights stay so comfortable and memorable. The Dine-in service was fast, food was delicious, the Sky Pool was warm and cosy, room was up to date and super clean. A special shout out to reception staff Michael, he went beyond to help us out with a bigger and quieter room and even overworked one night to make sure we are happy with everything. Fairmont, you should be proud that you have such a considerate and efficient employee. Moustafa from Dine-in service was very helpful too. We will definitely come back!

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The view of the Nile was outstanding. The pool on the roof was heated. The juice was very fresh. They provided quite a lot of food options during our stay. The gym was large and spacious. The staff was accommodating to our needs when they were very busy with all the other guest.

The restaurant doesn't fit many tables. The staff forgot to put in our food order but there was a buffet of snacks like cheeses and breads that we could pick off of. The street right outside is not meant for pedestrians. We did get lost in the mall trying to find the hotel entrance.

Nice and comfortable place to stay in Cairo. Thank you to all staff, especially for Ingy in the Fairmont gold center. She was helpful.
