Acuarium Suite Resort

The service was number one, specifically Betty Araujo, which gave me a great welcome and helped me with my reservation issues. The restaurant personnel are very kind, and the food was supper for the price.

The location is still a working project because it is an urban location for a resort facility. The bathroom water needs9 some treatment

I like the room service every day.. All our belongings were safe and kept in place. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. My husband liked it there. We will definitely go back for our next vacation and would recommend to our friends and family 😁

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they don’t have a variety in juices. We got tired of the only two options that they have. it’s either Chinola or Limon. I think They need to improve in matter.

The breakfast was excellent....i love the location clouse to everything like supermarket olé, clouse to zona colonial, clouse to airport and boca chica. Good security overall, parking lot very secure

I actually like everything there, the restaurant is very handy, you have option to cook at your apartment, or eat at the restaurant or eat outside any where you want

it’s convenient it’s safe clean relaxing beautiful kind of a little bit of everything if you want a party it’s there if you want drinks food pool music it’s there or if you want time away to be in silence it’s there

if you lose your keys it’s 25 dollars even if you find them it’s no refund

Great property with space for everything. Rooms are decent. Staff we liked. Value is solid anyway, we decided to stay there a whole week.

No wifi in rooms but maybe that keeps people out and about! It is unusual that it is at its heart a thumping dancehall every night, like an "alternative" type of business center for those who do their work at night. Day and night are two worlds here, angels and devils are all present, earplugs and your best charms are recommended..

The location was good most of the time we was out early but we did like the location because it was closed to the city

The night music it was too loud and I believe they going to take care of that wish is a good thing for the people who stayed in the hotel

the shower wasn’t working. The room wasn’t cleaned. Whats odd is that this is my third stay I linked this place.

They change the Chef. food was not good this time. we had to eat out every day.

Nice pool. It is loud around the pool but they have rooms behind the pool where we were able to stay so that was good. They were very accommodating for us because we were a large group who had to book at the last minute because of problems at another hotel we had booked.

They don't allow people to eat outside near the pools. This was a problem for us because we had a large group.

The front desk Girl was always rude she doesn't know to approach to a customer no greeting nothing and always has a bad face
