My overseas workplace is located in the Prague area so I am a regular visitor, spending 75 - 100 nights per year in the city using a number of 'favoured' hotels. The staff here went the extra mile to such an extent that I would say it is the best serviced hotel I have stayed in in the Prague area. Breakfast choice was superb, reception staff were excellent. Great location and just a few minutes walk from the old town.

'M Club' members are encouarged to use a different breakfast room. If M Club members want to use the general breakfast area, then a charge is applicable which seems a bit odd. This may be a Marriott policy not unique to this property.

On arrival no bellboy came to assist with luggage. The lady who checked us out has a bad attitude, which we never faced in Prague

Ideal location. Just outside of old town, a 10-minute walk. Rooms were decent sized and kept very clean. Service was excellent. Staff very polite and courteous and all of the needs were well attended to. The concierge service was top-notch. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to guide us clearly on how to plan our days, where to eat, what kinds of food etc. Special mention and note of thanks to Denisa and Kristina.

Website is misleading about there being a swimming pool in the hotel. My daughter was looking forward to using the facility and had eagerly packed her swimming costume etc. She was very disaappointed to find out that there was no pool.

Excellent service, great rooms, and a world class breakfast. Actually, a truly mind blowing breakfast buffet! Location is fantastic. Just a short walk away from all the Main sights. The service is friendly and punctual. I mistakenly dropped a diamond pendant down the bathroom sink and within minutes maintenance had sent somebody to unscrew the pipe to retrieve it for me!

The restaurant downstairs for dinner was extremely noisy especially when there was a cocktail on the floor above, which has an open balcony into the restaurant.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right by old town praque. First i thought it would be loud at night since it's so close to the hustle bustle but it was super quiet and no noises were keeping me up. That's a huge plus. Good size rooms with everything you need. Didn't try the restaurant but a cool lobby to just put up your feet for a couple of minutes and have a beer after a lot of walking through the city. Also close enough to walk to the train station. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was kind of soft, but that's personal preference.

The location is excellent, right at the entrance of old town square and withint 3 minutes walk to the Namesti Republiky metro station. It is about 15 min walk from the Florenc bus station with the direct airport express bus. The room is roomy, comfortable and ample space for working. The room is cleaned thouroughly and good selection of complimentary tea and coffee. The availability of the US type electric socket outlet is really helpful for those who uses the standard US electronic devices. The free WiFi speed is good enough even for MS Teams conference as long as you don't turn on the videos. Breakfast is good, it is more of American style breakfast with some local delicacies.

The water from the toilet faucet is really small comparing to the bathtub. The lighting is a bit too dark for workstation. It is okay for regular customers but I still think the table lamp can be brighter for work.

I thank the staff and the receptionist zozual, who helped me and amended the booking date and provided me with a room despite the fact that I did not have a reservation on that date. I also thank the employee malaekah, who completed my transaction in one minute when I returned to the hotel. I am happy with that and I deeply appreciate the honor of the two employees, as the smile never left their mouths

The location of the hotel is great, it is right near the old city center.

The hotel personnel must be more friendly and implicated into serving customers. I made my reservation on Booking and I included the breakfast into the reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the counter told me that there is no breakfast associated with my reservation. I needed to browse through my apps to show her what I have. Pretty disappointing for a Mariott hotel.
