Very good location - the hotel is located next to the beautiful Eleftheria Square, right at the beginning of Ledra Street and a few minutes from the bus station to go to other cities (5 Eur to Limassol) or around the city (2 Eur). Right next door is the wonderful pedestrian area of Laiki Geitonia, where you can buy handmade silver jewelry and other souvenirs from Cyprus. The breakfast is wonderful, in addition to the usual cold snacks, you can order hot dishes - fried eggs, omelets or pancakes. The rooms were very clean.

The internet in the room was sometimes glitchy, I had some problems with work. The view from the balcony is not so good, there are abandoned buildings nearby.

Fantastic, friendly hotel. Our room was spacious and modern with a big walk in shower, plenty of lights and even french windows on to a Juliet balcony. For breakfast there was a huge choice of cooked eggs, cereal, cold meat, bread, cheese, yoghurt and a machine to freshly make tea, coffee or chocolate. The staff could not have been more helpful and one even walked down the road with us to show us where a restaurant was located. The location is great. There is a taxi rank a couple of minutes from the hotel and it is right on the edge of the pedestrian zone, with its shops and restaurants. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Cyprus museum, or to the Ledra road border crossing.

The only tiny improvement would be a bottle of water in the room each day, to save us carrying one back to the hotel - otherwise perfect

Brilliant location for exploring old Nicosia, and walking across the city walls to shops such as M&S, Max Mara, Zara etc. Some good eating places located near by. Good size standard room, we had walk-in monsoon shower, our friends had bath with over-bath shower. All modern, clean, comfy beds. Excellent value, and we will definitely use this hotel again.

Our room was on the first floor overlooking the street, and some noise was intrusive at 2am as young people made their way home on a Friday night. However, it was only for a short time. Not a good brand of coffee in the room, we bought Nescafe from the kiosk.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is located in the center of the old town, only few minutes from the bus station where we arrived from another town, and it is surrounded with restaurants, shops and everything you need. It is very beautiful with a nice lobby and an interesting exhibition of old artifacts and photographs on the way to the restaurant. I has a restaurant that offers food apart from providing breakfast, nice comfortable rooms and a nice little balcony. The heating is through air conditioning and it works perfectly. it provides toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice, they would prepare the eggs or pancakes when you arrive as you like it. Very hospitable staff.

While the breakfast was very nice and freshly prepared, when you stay for a few more days you prefer a bit more variety, but I suppose this is also available in the more crowded part of the year.

We stayed 2 nights in room 311. In the hotel, all rooms are different, because the hotel - including the restaurant and a kind of mini-museum - consists of some buildings joined together. We had a good room, at the rear with a view on only walls of a kind of courtyard of the hotel (we had asked for a room at that side) but very quiet during the night. We had no idea sleeping in the center of the city. When you walk out the door, you are almost immediately on Ledra Street, the main street of the old town. There is an elevator, modern bathroom, good beds, good WiFi and coffee / tea facilities. The breakfast in the in-house restaurant was good. The main bus station is a 5 minute walk away, very convenient as we needed a bus to pick up the rental car outside the centre. In summary, a good address to stay in the old center.

We had no negative experience in this hotel.

Nice and cozy room, we were lucky to have one with a small balcony that opened up to the street. Friendly reception staff, we arrived a bit early but the room was already ready and we were able to "move in". Very good location to explore the city, there is a public carparking also nearby, just 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Breakfast is served in an interesting old part of the building, staff at the breakfast place very friendly.

Everything was up to our expectations.

The room was huge and comfortable! Everything was perfectly clean and the breakfast was excellent! The hotel is in the center of the city so lots of things are at walking distance. Would gladly return here.

We came late at night, the main doors were closed so we had to use the other ones, directly connected with the reception. There was no stairway ramp there, just a few steps, so we had to carry our suitcases. No big deal, but if you are using a wheelchair, come before the main doors are closed.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and located in the heart of Nicosia. The breakfast was really good, but the omelette was even better. In short: if you travel by bus in caprus, the hotel needs to be considered for Noicosia. In Nicosia you can book a great sightseeing tour (go to visitnicosia.com.cy, free of charge, really intersesting)

The bathroom was a little bit small, but it was no problem even for me as a tall person.

I liked pretty much everything of this small, cozy, well managed hotel. The spacious and clean room, the modern bathroom, the familiar atmosphere in the breakfast/dining room. Perfectly located at the entrance of the old city, it's the ideal starting point to explore Nicosia either on foot, by bike or by bus. Excellent service, everyone greets you with a smile.

A small library would be a great complement.

The location is exceptional, in the old city but right in the center of town. The staff and breadfasts were terrific. The elevator and sitting rooms were pleasant and easy to use.

The hotel has 3 doors. 2 of them have ramps, but those were not available to enter. The one that was open had 3 steep steps--difficult with lots of baggage. Also, there is no parking nearby, and the hotel has not made arrangements to frank the parking tickets of patrons who park in the municipal lot nearby.
