I just don't have enough good things to say about this place. Stayed in one of the bungalows for a week. Absolutely loved it. Pierrette is very attentive and accommodating, it felt like I was visiting my family I never met. The bungalow was amazing, it is surrounded in heavy vegetation so it always felt like my own little private space. Keep in mind it does not have windows, so if you are looking for ultimate privacy this option is not for you, but the location is far enough away from the center of town that it is naturally quiet. You basically live hearing the sounds of the forest all day and night, in a way very therapeutic. Sure, there are a lot of mosquitoes on the front porch but you just have to consider where you are...nothing some bug spray didn't resolve. The pool is well kept and I used it often. They also provide laundry services and the clothes are very clean and smell great. The cleanliness was one of the best i have ever experienced, and your space is cleaned daily. Also, small detail, but the best toilet paper by far of any airbnb/booking.com place i jave stayed at, and ive been travelling for 3 months straight at this point. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in jaco, thanks Pierrette and Marc!

It rained just all day just about every day I was there, but nothing you can do about that.

Loved the friendly owners, the beautiful clean pool, the $7 breakfasts with all manner of tea choices. Pierrette is an amazing host and took care of everything we needed with kindness and a big smile. :-) The place has a beautiful mini rainforest and excellent flora and fauna around it. Such a peaceful setting to work remotely all day.

The wifi was weak and unavailable in my corner of the room where my bed was. Wifi also would cut out for a few hours each day (not Perlita's fault - it's the telecom company). AC had to be turned off when you left, which made for a pretty hot room when you got back. Would be great if that could be left on instead.

The location is fantastic. Just a few minutes walk from Jaco city center, along a quiet neighborhood street. The hotel feels very quiet, secluded, and safe, despite being so close to all the action in town. The small, partly shaded pool was so perfect on a hot afternoon. Great for families! The lush vegetation remind you that you're in the rainforest. The owners were very nice and accommodating and provided us a ride to the airport late one evening, for a reasonable price. Even though the owners did not know much English, we were able to communicate well through WhatsApp.

Wish we had booked here for the whole time we were in Jaco. It was great!

A bit of a French country mini-inn in Jaco, of all places!! The hostess was friendly and charming. The screened mini-casita had all the basics, including two bottles of French wine in the frig! At the end of a cul-de-sac that is just a block from the downtown strip with all the restaurants and shops. Breakfast offerings were 1 - Tico eggs and gallo pinto, 2 - American eggs and sausage, or 3 - French croissants and eggs. We had 1 and 2. They were excellent. We plan to go back to try 3 also at the next opportunity.

The wifi connection was weak, a common problem almost anywhere in CR.

I liked that it was a nature oasis in the middle of busy downtown Jaco: i.e., it was quiet and peaceful, yet also a mere minutes away from the main street and beach. I liked that my room had its own private porch area (which afforded me great privacy) with comfy rocking chairs . I also liked that my room had an 'open feel' to it, and it was wonderful to wake up to the sound of the birds/etc. in the morning. There was plenty of hot water for my shower. Pierrette and Marc were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations/useful advice.

The room is perfect for solo travellers since it might be on the 'small' side and/or does not offer much privacy for the washroom (there is no door but a curtain for the washroom).

Everything was great, the hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, very nice atmosphere, the appartment was clean and nice, beds comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Every few days they cleaned a room for us, changed the towels and bed sheets, so we felt really comfortable there and enjoyed our stay :) Thank you :)

Everything was great, just the wi-fi sometimes wasn't working properly so we needed to restart it.

The place was very well situated on a quiet street and yet right next to everything. The place was very well kept and everything was in perfect working condition.

The mattress was a little hard for our liking. The electricity was not as reliable as we would have liked but that could have been a product of some severe thunderstorms.

Family-run small hotel tucked away from the buzzing Main Street of Jaco. it’s just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and welcoming hosts - who also make delicious breakfast on request.

There was construction noise nearby (Jan 2023) but that wasn’t the owners fault at all - of course.

Good atmosphere clean and quiet though close to the main road. Pierette accommodated our arrival, a bit earlier than expected. Breakfast was really good. The windows and door to our room was insect protected by mesh. The bathroom was very good. And the bed was very comfortable

great welcoming! Pierrette & Marc are super hosts:very good communication before our arrival and available at any time. Awesome homemade breakfast : banana & pineapple marmelade, bread and brioche. Just perfect! The room is confortable, modern and in a splendid garden.Very quite, you only hear the animals around and the iguana & squirrel on roof (so funny). good location close to restaurants, stores and beach. highly recommended, you have to stop here!
