Hotel Parque 97 Suites

The bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, the staff were very very nice to include at the front desk Mr. Carlos, Mauricio, and Fernando. Miss Ruth, at the restaurant was very kind, and considerate in the complementary breakfast was generous and very good.

at first the toilet had a bad smell emanating from it, which was quickly addressed by the staff. The biggest problem is the thin walls which allow for noise to come from the adjacent rooms with rude people talking loud past 10 PM and well into early morning hours. the hotel should hand guests a rule page stating to please keep in mind, the peace and tranquility of the neighboring rooms during those hours.

Good size for a superior room, excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed juice and eggs cooked to order. Shower pressure is wonderful for a nice hot shower after a long day.

Location in day time allows you to walk as there are not restaurants or bars nearby. Heavy traffic daily to parque 93 and chapinero to visit shops, bars and eateries. The hotel bar closed during our stay so no options to have a night cap. The bed is very low and the pillows are very soft.

quiet location

breakfast they always ran out of food at 9:30. the cleaning lady kept taking the card out of the power for the room so the small frig had no power and drinks were not cold. they offer no water or snacks for purchase within room. and they do not have car service as does other hotels in the same area

The room was of a good size. Clean towels and bedsheets. Comfortable bed and a nice TV. The breakfast was great, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The staff kindly waited for us, as we arrived at 3am. They were friendly and polite.

I don't think there's anything else they could improve. They were really good.

The rooms need a little upgrading, especially the tv. Breakfast was simple but ok. fresh fruits and a variety of bread. eggs dice to your taste

Beds were not that comfy and room beds need a little upgrade.

The personnel was super nice. The food in their restaurant was also great.

Being on the 2nd floor next to a main Ave it was a bit loud with the traffic outside. But we requested to be moved to another room and had no issues.

The staff were extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable, and it was a nice walk to both Parque 93, and Zona Rosa.

It wasn't dingy, but there were a few things which could stand to be updated, such as the little throw rug on the floor, and the window coverings.

Staff was really welcoming, especially Mauricio at the Reception desk. Room was clean and comfy while location was safe. We really didn't have any quieries during our stay, everything was ok.

We would just like some more variety for breakfast, at least some eggs.

Breakfast was goooood, the room was good, bathroom also good, the location was perfect and the staff very polite.

The room lacks power plugs, it only has one veeeeeery far from the bed, or the other ones are super hidden. the hall has more plugs than the room.

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean hotel with good food at an affordable rate. Central location with lots in walking distance. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great water pressure.

Not bad at all, just a noisy mini-fridge.
