Hotel Bogotá Regency Usaquén

Food was fine. Room was OK. Personal was fine.

1st. The picture on the Booking Ad is not the real location. It is disappointing. The building itself requires maintenance for looking well. The humidity and paint are really bad conditions. There was rain, and the water from it went inside the lobby because they had issues with the glass rooftop, There were plenty of leak points. Furniture and floors were wet. Wet floors are dangerous because they are slipping. The window at the front of the bathtub was broken, and the cold air and, eventually, rain came in all the time.

The property was able to chek us in late! I was thankful for! But I stayed concerned that my brother in law couldn’t came to my room cause they prohibited him! I know he work as a indriver but he was off work with the family! So I don’t know why he should’ve been treated like that! That for I didn’t stay another 2 night after coming back from Medellin! Was upset and he was staying with us! I didn’t wan’t him to be treated horrible again!

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the room had a good size and the neighbourhood was very nice. The internet connection worked well and the restaurant has also multiple and delicious food options.

The first night we arrived late and we wanted some water, but the person in the front desk didn't want to get some for us (even we wanted to pay for it).

The hotel’s staff were very courteous during the week I was there. Very helpful with city directions, taxi, handling luggage, and laundry concerns. I also loved being able to get freshly squeezed fruit juices in the hotel restaurant. The menu items were reasonably priced in the restaurant, and prepared fresh.

The hotel rooms do not come with ACs or heaters. But this is normal for both hotels/homes in Bogotá, I was told. While all the food served in the restaurant was delicious, I think for long term guests a little more variety would have been nice. This is not a complaint just an observation.

I love the huge size of the room, it has a very comfy floor mats and a wonderful view. Breakfast is good and the personal is very kind and helpful.

The bathroom is old, and i selected a single bed room, and i got a two small beds. My wife and i slept in one, but it was too small for us.

Walking distance to a lot of places. Safe neighborhood during the day and night. Staff was helpful anytime.

The room I expected a little more, but that is my expectation. I prefer a mini fridge in the room. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work.

Very clean. Breakfast was really good. Waiters and waitresses were very nice and kind with us. The housekeeper did a great job in our room. It was always cleaned, bed was done and it was disinfected.

The room was too small. It didn't have iron or blower.

I like the place, the staff was nice and very helpful. It's safe and short way to Unicentro.

I didn't like that there wasn't any glass in the room or hair dryer and showercap.

The bed and sheets were very nice. The bathtub in the Junior Suite was spacious with enough hot water to fill it. The restaurant bar had a good menu with fair prices. The pricing is very good for Bella Suiza, Usaquén área.

The room should have amenities like a hair dryer, glasses, mini bar, and coffee maker.

great location, lovely staff, junior suite was beautiful and spacious, amazing views of the mountain and city: very close to usaquen square flea market and great restaurants. my favourite hotel in Colombia so far! oh and the breakfast is bountiful

there is no thermostats for the rooms but I think this is just a Colombia thing, I was provided with a heater which helped.
