I stay here everytime when I go to Shenzhen. The room is comfortable, spacious and technology advanced (especially with the robot food devilry, smart toilet which is better than the ones in japan). They always stock the room with water and gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift. I needed the staff to place some food orders on Meituan for me and she helped me right away. I needed a car to go directly to the hongkong airport, they were able to arrange right away as well. Don't skip this hotel as you would regret!!

Nothing at all

Room super wide and nice . Comfortable and pleasant ! Super accessories and super clean. Bathroom with both shower and bath. Accurate in the amenities . Definitely perfect

Nobody spoke basic English. They helped themself with app. I wanted to eat at the restaurant but in two they could not get the order and after 15 minutes I decided to go somewhere else, it is a pity as the facility location is good and room amazing

The hotel appears quite new and well maintained. It’s within walking distance of the Mixc Mall. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and you don’t get a lot of those typical mainland rogues as guests.

Cleaning services could be a little bit better.

The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices

Better provide more information about the subway, had difficultly to find the way to Hotel by subway.

The place is great, the cleanliness is excellent, and the place is steps away from the metro station. The rooms exceeded my expectations.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location is good, nearby metro and railway station. Staff is nice.

There was the scent of cigarettes in the hallway

Formerly the Kapok Luohu now Mumiam is a great clean well staffed and properly administered small hotel that will never disappoint

Great stay. Exceeded expectations. Beautiful rooms, lovely lobby, and perfect location (very, very close to the subway!)

The design of the hotel is so nice. Inside the hotel room, the smart facilities are handy and easy to use. You can also play games if you want.
