Crowne Plaza - Shenzhen Futian, an IHG Hotel

Excellent breakfast, great gym, clean sauna, great location, front desk very helpful, plenty of taxis, very close to high speed train station.

I'm being really picky - I would like the TV to angle on the wall, so I could watch from a different angle. It would have been great if they could provide a list of good restaurants near by.

The room was a very clean and comfortable. Location was also good since two stations are available.

It was surprising that only few staffs could communicate well in English. You should hire more English speaking staff for the future visitors. Location was good, but some musuic noises from a club at night time might be annoying for some people.

Staff cannot speak English. We had very hard time communicating. It was impossible to call from room and ask for any help. This could be improved

Jenny He at front desk had made our stay more than pleasant. She went out of her way to take care of her customer's needs. Always a smile on her face and didn't mind our countless questions! Hotel is in a strategic location ~ 7-10 minutes walk from Coco Park Mall, where there are plenty of eateries!

Hotel is a little run down

Location, easy checkin and checkout, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower pressure. I have stayed in this hotel before and the rooms before were good, comfortable and nice size. Too bad this time I didnt have the same experience.

The room I got was at a corner, much smaller than expected and a bit noisy on the hallway. From the photos when booking, it seems the room I got was not the same as I have paid for. Since I only stayed one night, I didnt say anything, otherwise I would have asked to change rooms. Curtains dont close all the way, so there was some light in the room in the morning. Room service, the bolognaise pasta was rather tasteless, but the chocolate brownie was good.

Nice hotel with good location.

Breakfast menu was exactly the same every day. I stayed for 11 nights, so it became tough after 2-3 days. Very limited options for vegetarians and the space becomes crowed between 07:45 - 09:00 hrs.

Wonderful room and facilities! Interim arrangement for Breakfast at lounge at Level 40 has a very nice view!

The hotel name and address is not indicated correctly on Google map. Taxi driver is still familiar with the former name Marco Polo, so it is best to give driver the full address.
