Facilities and hotel room was great! Located opposite McDonalds and has a 7-11 store within the hotel.

Quite a distance from the nearest metro station, which was about a 15-20mins walk. Hotel was doing some sort of maintenance on my last night with no aircon or hot water between 0100h-0500h. Even though we were informed via a note placed on our beds a few days before, we were not informed about it during check in. We had to request for a change of room and had to go through the hassle of checking out of our room and into a new room that was not impacted. Can’t imagine staying in an enclosed room with no aircon or fan for a night…

The property is very well located. We booked a double bedroom type of apartment and for Hong Kong people it might be bigger than their own flat!

The staff at reception is short in English. It would be good to level up the English level to help poor non Chinese speaking tourist to get around and book restaurants on our behalf while explaining some diet requirements such as being pescatarian. The cleaning staff even not speaking English and which we can perfectly understand here were super duper nice. Could manage to experience it by their greeting and large smiles 😍

This hotel is fantastic! So clean, the room was huge and bathroom was amazing. Buffet breakfast was so good, so many options and there were different things every day. The bed was huge and comfy!

The staff we encountered on Day 1 didn't speak much English but that was totally fine and we managed to work it out! Everyone was still so lovely and.helpful. Pool was closed because of the weather even though it was sunny and hot.

The room exceeded all my expectations, big beds, clean, everything you need in the room, beautiful view from the 23rd floor. Extremely friendly everyone at the reception. They know enough English. The hotel is located in a business district surrounded by tall buildings. Shuttle bus to Canton fair free of charge.

500m away from the metro, but the taxi is extremely cheap so the metro is not even needed

Location is good specially if you go to Canton Fair. The area is nice for walking. The rooms are very comfortable and have many amenities. Good view from the room.

There is not a place for sitting and waiting in the lobby. There are seats for consumption area, so you can sit there only if you buy something. The resting are has only few seats. Not enough for many people. Not all staff in the from desk understand english.

The hotel is great, location is excellent very central and easy access to the city by taxi and Metro. The lobby is nice, the gym and pool really good. Room was decent and very quiet and air conditioning worked well.

My only complaint would be the beds are very solid, it's not what I used to found it a bit hard.

Beautiful facilities with almost everything you need inside the hotel. Options for restaurants were great and the views were amazing.

the bed was very hard and not very comfortable for me. A hair cap was manditory to use the pool, which was very strange.

I liked how the staff are helpful! I thought my wife lost her bag, after I told them, they did not sit for a minute before they help me to call the taxi who gave me that ride! Especially, the women whose last name “He”. Thank you so much! I will stay here again and again.

The breakfast buffet was great! Very good selection of food, we ate there every morning and often for dinner.

The bed was very hard. We stayed in the apartment side, I hear the hotel side beds were very comfortable.

I liked the location and facilities of hotel.

I didn't like the team that didn't speak English. I had to pay for my laundry only cash. Normally all around the world you pay for all your services during the check out. They wanted the payment immediately and only cash.
