The room was good however the ventilator on the bathroom is a bit noisy and always turned on.

The breakfast was good but the pastry could be better. The rooftop was almost always full because they accept visitors from outside the hotel and sometimes the hotel guests did not have a table

Staff where very helpful and the room was very clean and spacious- had a lovely view of the setting sun

The pool is not a pool you can really swim in. We were hoping to go in after dinner but the area was turned to bar and the vibe was really awkward to go swimming- it’s also more of a plunge pool then a proper swimming pool.

The pool, the pool staff, spa , sauna, breakfast and bed was very good

The room "404" have very bad smell in the bathroom, like segerage. I was request a "late check out ", the staff in the night offer 2pm checkout, then in the morning new staff tell me they dont have disponibility, but i check in booking app and they have it, then call to 0 and request the criteria for the late check out, and tell my research, only then can gave me the late check out...claiming

loved the gym, sauna , spa and pool and rooftop bar. Room was immaculate and loved the free buffet breakfast. Staff gave us free breakfast due to the stuff up with our card payment. Very grateful and so nice of them!

Expensive but worth it for what you get. Location is bit out of city but fine for us as we just had one night before we flew out so indulged and didn't leave the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and we had a great view on the Vulcano and the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious

Can't recommend the rooftop bar. Overpriced drinks of ashamingly bad quality. It's alright to charge 10$ for a cocktail but it should at least be done with a tiny bit of effort and be a little better than in a cheap disco in Bellavista. Horrible price-performance ratio.

roof top pool closes for private events meaning guests cannot use, at other times closed for maintenance, limited menu (room service / roof tip restaurant)

I liked the hotel: the lobby was pretty and the room was nice and big. The bed was great and the food from the restaurant was amazing. The view was also excellent and the location of the hotel is very good.

The water was murky and the shower wasn't really hot. The room key-card kept resetting and I had to go to the lobby several times to get into my room. They advertise streaming services, but you have to enter your own accounts for them to work. There are no slippers or robes. They also charge a hefty fee up front. It's a great hotel, but for what they charge I think you can find better.

Big windows. Lots of natural light. Very modern and very clean. Good breakfast choice (if paid & added to booking in advance).

“Breakfast to go” was disappointing: two slices of bread with ham and cheese. No yogourt, no fruit, no juice, no muffin or pastry.

its modern, its beautiful, lobby area is impressive, lobby attendents are friendly, rooftop area is a must. the all window room is so nice, breakfast is really good and free parking is also a good reason to stat. It is located in a nice neighborhood close to park and mall
