Located in a very pittoresque area of town. Pointe à Pic was quite a revelation with it's waterfront, park and trail, bridge, train station, Casino and Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu all located within walking distance. The hotel is a charming older inn located on a parcel of land surrounded by trees. Our room was very clean, odor free. Great Wi-fi, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing buffet breakfast with fresh croissant and a large selection.

The artwork on the walls was somewhat dated and made the room look older than it is. Could use better lighting in the parking lot and in the driveway leading to the hotel. It was a bit spooky walking in the dark after the sun had set.

The room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful despite the language barrier. I don't expect to be in the area ever again, but if I was I would probably stay there again. Close to lots of restaurants, the Fairmont is 3 minutes away.

I didn't like the amount of stairs that were in the unit itself. If I had bad legs I wouldn't have been happy about being in a room like that. I realize there are other rooms in the building that are all on one level, but we checked in late and I don't know if all of those rooms were already taken. I don't believe it's noted on the website that some of the rooms have several levels in them. The lack of TV channels was also disappointing.

The breakfast was poor, eggs boiled to a dry green “thing” instead of yellow, no change within the two days (no sausages, no bacon, no eggs differently than hard green, one type of cheese only, no sliced ham….) Not much choice. Plus, we had to clean our own table and the service was expecting tips. It looked sad, not welcoming.

We arrived at 7pm and the pool was already closed so didn't have the chance to use it. Some vegetables at breakfast wood be good.

The office staff was exceptionally helpful. He helped us make golf reservations and boat reservations for the fjord. Extremely kind. Enjoyed the clean pool; the pool attendant was also kind and welcoming.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were extremely polite and kind. They went over and above the call of duty. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed with immaculate grounds.

The property was in a great location, very clean and all staff were friendly. The room was a great size as was the bathroom.

Unfortunately we could hear a lot of noise outside of our room and there was non stop running of people in the hallway at all hours.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a big bonus. The hotel location is close to where we wanted to visit.

Would be great if we can have an extra garbage bin in the room. So we don't have to travel to the bathroom to trash something.

The room size was large and very comfortable. It was nice to have a window that we could open. Every thing was clean and we felt very much at home. The staff were very helpful There was lots of green space around the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at Petite Berger

The pillows were very flat and not soft at all. Other than that everything else was very satisfactory.

there are stairs between the bathroom and the room. dangerous in the middle of the night if you need to use the bathroom.
