The Bruce Hotel

Impeccable service, excellent dining experiences and a fantastic location. It is truly a beautiful hotel with amenities that are wonderful- love the homemade fortune cookies and coffee service in the morning. We stayed in a junior suite and loved it. The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is amazing and huge! We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the garden. Philip was very helpful with dinner plans and answering our questions. This hotel sets itself apart from any other places to stay as it truly is a memorable experience!

Nothing as it is perfect just the way it is from the dining to the rooms to the lobby where you can listen to a pianist. Absolutely amazing!

The Bruce Hotel was amazing! The staff (particularly Rebecca) was so nice and thoughtful and all of the little added personal touches like butter tarts when we arrived, fortune cookies at night, helping with dinner reservations was so great! They went above and beyond our expectations. Breakfast included was amazing! Cookie hotline was great! The bed was so comfortable and the black out blinds really helped us get a great sleep. The pool and hot tub was great, clean and private.

Breakfast was included at hotel and it was exceptional, beautiful patio or inside dining room.Hotel location was perfect for either going downtown or short walk to waterfront park were Stratford festival theatre is located. Personel were all perfect, clerks,room service,restaurant .Could not be better.

Outside pool, but then again I'm from Florida.Inside pools quite satisfactory.

excellent luxurious surroundings

limited choices for vegetarian and my only concerns were related to the restaurant. the menu didn’t clarify if the eggs were free range and didn’t mention the provinces of the meat options. gluten free/ vegetarian requirements were limited. staff very helpful when this was understood. I feel more vegetarian options should be available in such a high level restaurant

Where do I begin??? EVERYTHING was amazing.. all the little details & attention to detail by the staff. No opportunity overlooked by the staff to please us! Felt incredibly valued as guests..an amazing experience!

We’ve really tried to think of a criticism… but there really isn’t anything we can think of.

It was luxurious. Modern touches, extremely friendly, extras, extras, and "it's the little things".

The toilet room door jam was loose from the wall, the toilet room door couldnt lock. The main bathroom entrance had a second door with a functioning lock, and all was fine. Litterally, not another concern the whole time. It was wonderful.

A beautiful gem of a hotel. Large, luxuriously appointed rooms, elegant public spaces, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Wonderful staff with shoutouts to Bram, Rebecca, and Philip for their exceptional service and attentiveness to even the smallest details of our stay.

The hotel was lovely and there were many unexpected perks such as warm cookies delivered to our room, access to a Nespresso machine and milk foamer nearby for morning coffees in our room, gorgeous toiletries provided. Staff was welcoming and helpful. This hotel exceeded our expectations at every turn.

great location, excellent service and room. love the dining room! it is an exceptional hotel and I stay here when I come to Stratford. Amazing staff and beautiful hotel . Love it and would highly recommend for a truly exceptional experience in a fantastic community!

Location great and breakfast generous. The staff were simply excellent—courteous and friendly and very eager to please us.

We had a lunch. The lobster belt was ok, not great. Fresh chunks of lobster should be used and evident even if cost must be high for the guest.
