There was no breakfast, except what we went out for. Did I miss something?

My husband and I are used to having a person to talk to. I found it difficult to reach you before I read the brochure binder in the room. I had just wanted to confirm that there was a fridge in the room. One of the drawers fell out when I pulled it out too far, to put my stuff into it. It was still empty, and nothing went wrong, but I was surprised. That was the three drawer cabinet that was by the entry door. My husband wasn't happy with the noise of the air conditioner and found it hard to sleep. Unfortunately, he finds any noises difficult. That isn't only related to this particular stay...

The location is very good , the option of the porche with chairs and umbrella , Tikis for a cold night very thoughtful. I like the shower flow and the hot water . It’s very important for me . The temperature in the room was very comfortable .The hair dryer was good as well ! Most important, we were very well guide through our whole process very well since the first email confirmation , reminders on cancellation time , welcoming message /email with instructions. Thank you very much ! Really good experience . I will recommend the Paradise definitely 👍😃

There were few things but is good that you ask so you can improve them easily , especially if the stay of the customer is for several days . The bathroom sink drains very slowly . The exit doors slam very loudly and the whole structure of the building shakes. Especially is you are staying on the first floor . As there is a highly rotation of customer in some point can be annoying ( maybe you should adjust the door closers). We noticed in one of the queen bed sheet there was a sizeable dark stain .

It was extremely clean and the location to the water is fabulous.

The bathroom door stuck and didn't close properly. Also, it was really warm and we couldn't regulate the temperature.

The location was great and liked the chairs on the deck

For a smoker couldn’t be on the property…..would be nice if there was a designated spot on the property at back…

The room was comfortable and clean but the hotel it self looked old

The hotel needs some renovations since it too expensive for what it is.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and really nice. We stayed in winter but still it's a great location right by the lake and would love to come back in the summer. Great contactless check in and just a great place to stay.

Perfect spot with a lovely view of the beach and Lake Huron.

Had some difficulty getting the room code set and getting the shower started.

Hosts are wonderful and helpful. The place gives a lots and good and clean experience for the price. Very well worth it!!!!!

Wish we could stay longer:)

The location was great, right on the harbor front. My family could watch the amazing sunsets over the water and listen to the waves as they woke in the morning. Everything was clean and fresh.

We didn't get to meet the staff and tell them what a wonderful place they had. Thanks Covid. But easy contactless check-in and out is a perk during a pandemic. Thanks Paradise Inn!

Location was great for sunset watching with a nice deck.

The decor of the room was very dated, and there wasn’t much to use in the kitchen. Would expect a Bit better for 600 dollars a night.
