I am so sorry to say but the breakfast was not so good. Sausages - low quality and hashbrowns too dry. However, the variety of bread, muffins, yogurt was great. Please note, not everyone likes 0% fat - a bit of choice would be welcome. And perhaps better quality of dry cereal.

To be honest I expected that you guys will have a small restaurant within your hotel. I also was hoping the pool be a bit bigger. I hope with time you could have more landscape and trees growing around the building to break the visual from the industrial view.

Nice new hotel with comfortable rooms. Pretty building, good value for money. Hotel is near a number of retail facilities. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a warm accessible pool.

Booking.com did not list a pool amongst the facilities. We arrived at the hotel to find out there was indeed a pool. This was great, except that we didn’t bring bathing suits. Also, we asked for adjacent rooms. The hotel could not promise us this at time of booking. They were able to give us adjacent rooms, but it seems the hotel did not have any adjacent rooms with a door going between them, which was a hassle. Also, unlike what booking.com said, Wi-Fi was free, not paid.

The elevator carpet was not cleaned daily On one day the gentleman looking after the breakfast buffet had not preheated the breakfast items to 74 degrees prior to placing them in the warmer. As a result the items in the warmer were not 60 plus degrees while on hold. This can lead to food borne illness. The staff should have thermometers to test the temperature of the food on the buffet regularly.

The included daily breakfast buffet was exceptional!!! The food was tasty, there was a big selection served and the Kitchen staff were very attentive to detail. The serving area was always well maintained, the food was always freshly prepared and the kitchen server was just excellent!!

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this place.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. Overall an enjoyable stay.

It was a little cold at times. For some reason, it is not possible to turn off the fan - this seems to be common with hotels! The thermostat had the maximum temperature at 74 degrees although it did not feel like it. I'm not sure the staff at the front desk could have done anything about it so I didn't say anything.

Staff was excellent! Very friendly and accommodating!

I realize due to covid restrictions the breakfast had to be modified to a grab and go but it would have been nice to have been able to have “regular” breakfast. Also there was a dog barking excessively on our floor. I would say the staff actually had to retrieve the poor thing and have it keep them company until it’s owner returned. Speaks volumes to how the stay go aboard beyond. Doesn’t say to much good about the dogs owners.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, provided toiletries when we told them we had none in the room.

The only downside was how we kept getting little electric shocks every time we opened our room door or pressed the elevator button - could be because of the static from winter clothes, but we didn't experience this at other accommodations with similar locks.

Location well placed close to many things useful, did not eat breakfast

During one of my walk-throughs at the hotel I walked up to the automatic sliding doors and they only open a quarter of the way and stopped dead as I almost walked into them on my way out. I had to physically push the doors open fully so that you could Traverse the gangway .

The hotel stay was perfect, very well done and clean,no problems at all . Till we went at 7.15 for breakfast 😫. Besides the drinks we could choose there was only a banana and orange and i think an apple. I know Covid rules etc. But come on give then a coupon to take breakfast at Tim Horton ‘s or something like that. Very poor job. To send your guests away with an empty stomach .

Serve a good breakfast,

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel offered nice little amenities like lemon infused water and coffee (all day). The pool was the perfect temperature and there were plenty of clean towels at the pool and in the room.
