Phoned from the airport and asked for a shuttle. No issues at all, the shuttle was there in 15 minutes. I had a ton of luggage, the driver was kind to take most of them and secure them for the night, overall great satisfaction. No problems Thank you

The best aspect of this stay was the staff, all were wonderful. We had a rough travel day day and Arim in the restaurant improved it greatly. Thank you for your warm, friendly personality and smile. That's not to detract from everyone else! Our luggage was delayed and we were promptly notified when it turned up. The location is handy to the airport with shuttle. Handy to most banks. The room could do with some updating but it was comfortable. Restaurant food was good.

Room was a bit tired and had a few ants in the bathroom. Comparatively expensive, but that's Vancouver (and access to the airport).

Incredibly comfortable beds and bedding. Great to have an iron & ironing board in the room so no need to go requesting one. All staff we came across were helpful and super friendly. The hotel also offers a great service in providing a free airport shuttle service, which was so easy to call up from the airport.

The tv did not have great picture quality. The bath was quite stained and mouldy around the edges but looked like it had been cleaned so we guess just old. There was no shower gel/body wash provided, only a rather runny shampoo. The restaurant was ok but rather limited choice, although what they did have was very tasty.

We liked that they were able to accommodate us after we cancelled our reservations at the Sheraton Hotel in Richmond, due to their strike. We liked that they have a free hotel shuttle bus picking up from the Vancouver Int’l Airport to the hotel, and back. We liked that the hotel is right across from the Aberdeen Skytrain Station (and only 1 stop to Lansdowne Station and Lansdowne Mall & T&T Asian huge grocery store selling ready-to-eat Asian Meals) and only 2 stops from Richmond Brighouse Skytrain Station and Richmond Centre Mall with Asian Food Court upstairs, and Richmond Public Market on Westminster east of No.3 Rd. We liked that the hotel room we were in, faced the river and Skytrain Tracks, and the large window could open 4 inches wide to get fresh air. We liked that the housekeeping always put on the A/C when she did our room, and we came back to a cool room after a hot day of walking. We liked the free toiletries, the shampoo & body shampoo really cleans well. There was bottled water in the room and a small empty fridge and small coffeemaker.

The first night we were aware of hearing every Skytrain and every plane but by the next night, we didn’t notice them much (it just became background noise) and we had a good sleep in our large, comfortable beds. (For a business person, if they close the window, probably they wouldn’t hear it much. Also, there are probably rooms that don’t face the Skytrain tracks.) But it was worth it for us to open the huge window 4 inches, the air was so fresh being not too far from the river, we kept it open all night. (In many hotel rooms, the windows don’t open. )

Looks fancy-and feels fancy. The front desk allowed us to check in earlier because our flight changed earlier. They made us feel very welcomed and everyone was friendly.

The hotel was fully booked during our stay so I totally understand that the cleaning crew had to start cleaning earlier. However, we didn't hear the lady that cleaned our room knock before coming in. We were caught by surprise when she opened the bedroom door (king suite so separate bedroom).. Maybe knock on BOTH the room door and the bedroom door prior to walking in. 😅

You can’t beat the convenient location. Walkable to many Asian supermarkets, malls, restaurants. There is a Sky train to downtown Vancouver and free shuttle to airport. Hotel keeps parking lot and entrance to hotel neat.

I stayed at this Radisson Hotel about 20 years ago and it was very modern and beautiful hotel. The design choices used then are still somewhat current. It is still a nice hotel but now needs a little TLC. There were a couple housekeeping issues in our room But Karam, the Manager was very receptive to my Comments and made the situation better for us. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel’s staff pleasant attitude.

Another great stay at Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport. This is one of the few hotels in Richmond that has suites so family can have enough room. My conference was at a different hotel, but I chose the Radisson for its suites, proximity to the skytrain, in house restaurant, and competitive rates. Great staff and quick response when I asked for extra blankets. I like the set up of the suite with the mini kitchen between the two sleeping areas. Appreciated the easy check in and text updates.

The on site restaurant Mozza is pretty good but a limited menu. It would be great if a duvet or warm blanket was available for the pull out couch.

We loved everything, but especially the exceptional staff. We're a same sex couple and got treated with so much respect (yes, it's 2023, but this is still not the norm). I requested a little something for my partner's birthday and it was done with no issue. The beds are comfy, the TV is accessible if you want to attach your fire tv, chromecast, apple tv etc, the room was very clean and there was almost no noise despite planes flying very close to the hotel. The very generous check-in and check-out times make the stay even better, because you can sleep in and not feel rushed out the door. We ordered room service and there was no problem with that either. Even though we're local, we will book here again.

If I had to pick something I didn't like, I'd say that I don't like when the shower doesn't have a detachable shower head. But this is very minor.

Location is excellent. Skytrain station is right across the street. You can take Canada Line to downtown or to airport. The Aberdeen Centre is also across the street, and you should definitely visit the top floor food court for a variety of authentic Asian food. The hotel's complimentary airport shuttle is straightforward, another convenient way to get to airport.

The hotel has 2 elevators that are in desperate need of upgrade. Rarely both are operational, and one of them the door shakes loudly when moving, feels like a theme park ride. The bathroom in our room does not have a vent.

Clean and tidy rooms with house keeping coming each day. There was a free 24/7 shuttle bus to the airport, which was great for getting luggage to the accommodation without any trouble.

The food options were very basic and not like described on the menu. What sounded like a delicious maple syrup waffle combination with added fried chicken ended up being a waffle that was cooked in the waffle maker from the buffet, with packet butter and maple syrup and one side piece of fried chicken. There was no real appeal to the food, and the coffee options consisted of flat white, tea and hot chocolate. We decided not to eat at the hotel after our first meal there.
